I had paid for the highest party package you can get for your kid. And when I showed up for my son's party time, my son's host wasn't even there. Now I'm not one to complain about anything but when you have bad experiences and service, it should definitely be known so someone else avoids wasting time and money on this location. So some other party host jumped in and started helping even tho she had 2 other parties she was already hosting at the time. I had hosted here before and they did parties separately. And they did it all together ? I was so shocked how unprofessional and unorganized they were all together. To top it off I wasted an hour waiting on no host and then I had five mins to sing happy birthday to my son serve the cake and ice cream and eat it. As we were doing all of that another party was putting their stuff on my table because it was their time and I had an hour wasted. It was just a really bad experience and I will not be back here in the future. ?

Have been to this location with my nephews and disabled daughter numerous times and have never ever had an issue. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and attentive. Tonight we had an issue with another child stealing my 4 year old nephew's card, so we approached the manager. We were hoping he could help us so the situation was handled correctly and respectfully. Instead this large man stood over us in a rude, aggressive manner and told us that it was our responsibility to watch our card. He would not ask another family about the card and if we approached the family of the boy that took the card he would call the police. So now in addition to being upset about someone taking his card off the game, my nephew was terrified as this man repeatedly said he would call the police on his mother. Not only does he have zero management or customer service skills, but he should not be acting that way in a place designed to entertain children and families. We heard him threaten several other people (including a 90 year old woman who went back to the salad bar for a second helping of jello) and he then told the whole family they had 5 minutes to leave while he dialed 911. Pretty unfortunate Chuckie Cheese doesn't value the customers they provide a service to, and would put this man in a situation where he is scaring young children and ruining what was supposed to be a fun evening.

Highly upset today. My son and family come to this location every Wednesday has his 4th birthday party. And when my son put his ticket card down on a ride he was on another child pick it up and ran with it. My son had at least 11000 ticket from going every Wednesday and his birthday party. Management could only offer him cotton candy that coast 500 tickets or maybe 5.99 to buy lt. When I asked if he could look to see who took it ( it's against policy) I said it's against policy to look at a camera to see who took another child's card and simply go to the parent and ask if the card?not only was this new male Manager hostile he was also very rude and only repeating about policy and when I asked to see policy or asked well I never agreed to this policy. He said there's nothing he can do. When I said well then I'll go ask the parent myself I got told he will call the police. So I told him to do it and I went up to the parent and asked about my son's card the parent said no they didn't but that my youngest had scratched her child I apologize and thanked her for her time and for bothering her family. While he was on the phone with the police. And then while I was there with my family another family that just went to their establishment was also asked to leave or the cops will be called all over a woman grabbing fruit and putting it in a cup and then the manager said she was getting allowed with him but yet I was sitting there and I could hear the manager versus the woman I really think Chuck-E-Cheese needs to look at management because honestly this person is not management material I am never going back unless this manager is no longer working there

This location was clean! The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was better than expected and the games were all working. We had a lot of fun!! So much that we plan on coming back! :)

Plenty of staff here but seems all the girls just stand around, there was pee on a chair that was at our table. A male cleaned it, he also was helpful with whatever's else I needed. My little girls lost their card, and someone took it. I asked to get my minutes on a different card but they said it's not their responsibility. I payed for minutes not tickets. Definitely not family a atmosphere coming from staff, not understanding. I would have liked my kids time added, which they can do. Or my money back. How ridiculous to say she can't do anything about it for these kids. I've gone to this location for years, but definitely do plan to stop coming here with the poor customer service.

I think this will be my first and last time visiting this Chuck E. Cheese. The staff here just seems so disorganized. They were running low on everything even ice. Manager had to go out and buy ice. One employee said that corporate has not replaced their ice machine. I asked another employee for straws they said they’d be right back and after 10mins of waiting I walked away. Then to see that same person sitting down with another group of employees chatting. (Unbelievable)
