Don't go to this location for your food. The service is terrible!!!! I went in to order food at this location and waited 20 minutes before anyone took my order. The two front counter employees... one of them happened to be the manager on duty... I walked in with 3 other customers, and the whole time we where there for 20 minutes... The two employees ONLY took care of the drive thru customers. I had to interrupt them from servicing the drive thru customers... Just to get them to take my order and the two other customers. Once my order was ready.... As I was checking my To Go bag of food. Half of my order was missing.... When I confronted the Manager on duty. She acted like it was MY FAULT that they screwed up my order.

My gosh I wanted normal recipe chicken and this new recipe is disgusting please go back to the other original recipe I will never eat here again the butter biscuits are not enough to make me return please use the old recipe again this new one the smoke flavor is overpowering the chicken it's disgusting

The chicken was absolutely awful — it tasted old and seemed double-fried. When we asked for a refund, the staff insisted that’s how the chicken is supposed to look, which was disappointing. The mashed potatoes were watery and lacked flavor. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. !

Good was delicious customer service was good until they forgot my biscuits then when I tried calling them back no answer then I go back to get my biscuits and the guys acts like I’m crazy like I just drove 15 min back to steal some biscuits finally he gave me the biscuits I payed for 🤦♂️ the food is good tho just that kid keeps making a confused face like if I was crazy 🤪 🤦♂️

I went to this location rushing to work trying to get something to eat before the bus came and unfortunately the food was not ready so I told them to cancel the order and ran out for my bus but after I got on the bus they came out to the bus to give me my order I just want to acknowledge this location for their efforts because other places would not have done that for anybody
