Good food but they forgot my side, it's annoying happens everywhere I don't understand what's so hard about making sure every item is in the bag, then they smile with the bag sealed as theyre haning it to you...I recommend for everyone to check their bags before leaving, it's happened a few times already, now it's just annoying...sucks when you're just trying to enjoy what you thought you ordered lol

This is one of the most discusting place to puchase food.Chichen was old and over cooked, stale Biscuit, and the Mac and Cheese seem that scraped the pot and gave me sticky, nasty ,dry up with burned crusty cheese inside.We work hard for our money and i feel i loose money when i purchase a Family size.Thay are lucky i did not live close of not i would of went back and threw it straight to their face and make them eat it.

Wing were over cooked. Over 3 bucks for one corn on the cob. Smallest mashed potato and gravy I ever saw. Honey biscuits were good but just super tiny. Waste of money

Night Shift
This morning I was hungry for chicken and was surprised that this place was open so early.
The two guys that were working were very friendly.
I ordered the dark chicken it had a nice crunch with juicy. I ordered a coleslaw which is always got a nice sweet taste to it. And a large okra they were very tasty had a nice crunch I dipped them in a jalapeno ranch. You tapped it off with a large Hi-C drink. I feel like I could eat a few more pieces but I am full. Lol

There's a reason why this location is failing. Service is garbage? Starting with management. Took money without receipt and then said they returned the funds without a receipt. Proof in the video
If zero stars were available I’d definitely choose that option. I’ve been coming to this location for some time now with mild complaints but nothing to review over. My last three experiences have been a complete waste of my hard earned money. There’s nothing but young boys working who can give a dam about your order. I was given spicy wet chicken! WET CHICKEN! I expressed to the what looked like barely 16 year old young boy that this was not what i ordered. He told me that’s what spicy looks like. Completely wrong. They lack professionalism and cook the food terribly. I see why there’s always a high turnover. Please fix this!
