Second time coming here and the night crew is awesome. They make sure you get everything and if you have to wait they make sure to show that they care about you by offering you need water or anything and just have great customer service. Always a smile when we come here from the female at drive through window and makes me want to come back. There is a closest one to me is 24th and Broadway and they are horrible. Always something with them. I don't think they like they job.

Today I stopped in at this location to get the spicy tender special. I drove three the drive thru placed my order. Received a bag from the person at the window and my order was not the special at all. I had regular tenders, no sauce like advertised and they didn’t even tell me they didn’t have what I asked for they wanted me to drive off after receiving my order in hopes I wouldn’t say anything. I had to park and get out of my car to return my order in store where they then told me they did not have the ingredients to make the order. I went into this location today and 22June24. Customer service was terrible. The food was bad because it wasn’t what I ordered.
I bought a family package and they only wanted to give me 2 dressings! 16 pieces and only 2? It's ridiculous if I ask you for more, just charge me for it and don't say stupid things like "you can only give me two." Angelica JM was my cashier.
