Idk how this place is open Took like 15 minutes for them to make my food, which is just two sandwiches and some mac and cheese. With no one else in line, and more than 3-4 people working that is crazy ... You would think it would be good cause it took so long.. No They took longer cause they had to "make sure I Paid" because they must have forgot since they were taking so long!! The chicken wasn't even cooked properly, and the chicken was super small. Worst Church Chicken ever! Bunch of idiots working here, if I was the manager and I saw this I would be writing people up or firing them for incompetence.

Employee at Church's Chicken who took my order appeared to have difficulty understanding my order request. I believe his primary language is Spanish, mine is English. I didn't get what I asked for. Church's at 69th Ave and Camelback Overall employees were not friendly. Acted annoyed.
Only once did I have a negative experience, and I took the time to tell the employee nicely that if there is a twenty-minute wait for chicken, they should not make the rest of the people behind that car suffer and be in a stand still. He was receptive to the advice, and yes I ended up changing my order last minute and asked for that fresh chicken too. Lately since then the staff is pretty bubbly.

Don't let the old looking location fool you. The service at this location is fast, and the food is amazing. The chicken is always on point, juicy and flavorful. I recommend the spicy chicken. The sides are also decent, their best side would be the Mac and cheese, great flavor. Overall great location

Went there at 1036pm on 08242024. Chicken was bloody, biscuits was hard, mashed potatoes taste water down, I didn't realized the chicken was like that when you started eating it then it tasted wired, that's when I noticed the blood. Today my family and I went to Doctor we were told it was food poisoning. I took back chicken and biscuits, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. I was told by a man stating he was floor manager. I asked for my money back got denied, was told he will give me 8 pieces for us getting sick and showing him the blood. I will update tomorrow when I go see manager before i go above their heads.

I couldn't hear that well the speaker was messed up and it made it kind of hard to understand or hear on the other side
They take some time, but so far the food has been worth the wait. They have always gotten my order right and prepare edible food. Which is more than I can for other places in Phoenix. This Church's is a decent grab and go. Not much for atmosphere, but who goes Church's for that anyway? Servers are polite and treat you right.
