Church's Texas Chicken

Unfortunately my last experience at this location was frustrating and disappointing. On decent My bf and I were ordering online while at the location and heard that they wouldn't have chicken for another 30 minutes so we were taking our time ordering and I heard one of the male employees tell his colleagues that there was a couple sitting down and he didnt know if we were just wasting time or actually going to order. He made this comment in Spanish thinking we wouldn't understand. I also speak Spanish and I didnt appreciate that he made it seem as if we were wasting time or taking up space because it wasn't even busy that night and we weren't bothering anyone. We had no more than 3 minutes there plus they didnt even have enough chicken to make a 3 piece meal and he tried to be sneaky speaking Spanish assuming we wouldn't understand. So I told my bf I lost my appetite and wanted to leave and as I stood up I said clearly in Spanish that they shouldn't be talking about people like that and have more respect towards others and more professionalism in the work place. I had just been released from the hospital, it was cold and really was looking forward to a nice meal from there. Instead I was judged and criticized by someone who thought it was appropriate to talk about people/customers in front of them in a different language being disrespectful thinking they'd get away with it assuming we wouldn't understand. That's sad and disappointing and the female lead or supervisor or whatever she is needs to work on her people skills and show her employees to do better especially when theyre in front of customers. It's sad the lack of good work ethics and professionalism in the work place especially in front of customers. Sorry for the long rant

The cashier made me spend more than I expected. He is smart. Kind and knowledgeable of his job and products. The drive through is a very small space.

I purchased a family meal through their website for delivery for guests. When I received the order, the okra was so overcooked that the interior of the pieces were black and crumbled when you snag them with your fingers! I called, and Rigo said I could get a credit for the next order or I could come in and get a new order, which didn't solve my current issue. After informing him in no way that should have gone out to a customer and that wasn't enough, he gave me a number to call. I called the number and instantly received a voice-mail without a greeting. I then contacted corporate. Finally, the person from the number called and quickly stated she would give a refund for the item since corporate called. If that wasn't enough, she would give me an additional credit for another order. I have no intentions of returning. Since I didn't want to do that, she abruptly ended the call with a condescending thank you. At the end of the day, it's
disheartening to know companies are giving the oh well, be inconvenienced or be out of money attitude unless you go through the strides to get what is right instead of having care and quality in the first place!

So upon going in the restaurant we where not greeted at all the employees just glanced and kept doing what they where doing there where no other customers in the restaurant the girl who finally helped us her name was Ashley she had bad customer service the food was old not hot at all or warm horrible will not be going there when Ashley works makes there service horrible
