This food was truly amazing. The two girls who worked today’s closing shift were very nice especially the girl at the window This is the best fast food I’ve had in a long time!! Thank you so muchh to the employees 💯🙌Everything was fresh and perfect , definitely recommend coming here!!!

The staff at this store is horrific! Rude, impatient, not listening, and dismissive.
My 8 piece buffalo chicken bits consisted of a tiny piece of chicken, lots of breading, a squirt of buffalo sauce in the container.
Do not eat here even if you are starving.

Clean and fast. Chicken was perfect. Mac was on point. Dry bisquit.

The chicken tenders tasted stale and rubbery. The mashed potatoes were loaded with salt. I would not go here again.

Once my order was complete also once again with an annoyed attitude said your order is ready she placed my order on the counter and the mash potatoes fell over no sorry or thank you like okay 👍 like I said if your going to take you time to get off your car
To go inside your customer service has to be 1000x better than the drive thru!!!

Stopped by to pick up chicken on my way home. Got a drink while I was waiting. When I got ice, there was some kind of foreign substance with it. Asked for some ice from behind the counter and said there was none. Told them the problem, and they didn't seem concerned. Won't visit this location again.

When I wanted to use the coupon they recommended to download on my phone, the cashier acted like she was upset at me using , then slid my food to me without napkins or sauce and turned around like I wasn't there anymore. Someone else had to give me these items.

If I can give this a -1000 star rating I swear I would! This is the WORST Church’s Chicken I ever been to!!!!!!!!!! I’m very upset. I went through the drive thru and I order two of the 3pc chicken combo. I get home and my chicken was completely raw and pink. So I went back there but I went inside instead. I let the lady know my chicken is not cooked so she called for her manager to assist. The manager asked me very rude what’s the problem and I told her to look at the chicken it’s completely uncooked and she snapped and told me it’s cook and they received new chicken and it’s supposed to look like that….i told her I’m not eating that it looks very unsafe and I’m not getting salmonella eating this. So I asked for my money back and she had an attitude the entire time and kept asking another worker where’s my soda….then I asked her for my original receipt and she got an attitude and told me she need to show the boss and I said I need it so I can call her boss about my experience and she lied and said she’s the boss but she clearly said she was the manager. So I’m taking this matter further cause 1. Why are you serving uncooked food? And 2. I’m the customer, CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!! I will be reaching out to someone very soon so get ready to hear my mouth.
