Stopped by to pick up chicken on my way home. Got a drink while I was waiting. When I got ice, there was some kind of foreign substance with it. Asked for some ice from behind the counter and said there was none. Told them the problem, and they didn't seem concerned. Won't visit this location again.

When I wanted to use the coupon they recommended to download on my phone, the cashier acted like she was upset at me using , then slid my food to me without napkins or sauce and turned around like I wasn't there anymore. Someone else had to give me these items.

My husband went through the drive thru just after 9 on his way home from work. He mentioned the guy that took his order and gave him our food was "just the nicest guy". Our food was hot and fresh. Best biscuits. The receipt says his name is Resham K. Thanks so much! ?
