I called 4 times to let them know that they did not serve me enough gravy for my 2 large mashed potatoes and the Manager on duty was very rude her name is Tamar. She kept talk over me and I was still trying to explain to her and she hung up on me. I am writing to file a complaint about the manager named Tamar at your location. During my recent visit, I tried to speak with her regarding an issue, but she repeatedly talked over me and did not allow me to explain my concern. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a customer. With this said and done I will move forward to reach out to cooperate or a district manager.

I recently submitted a review through the Church’s Chicken app, as it encourages customers to share comments or concerns about their experience. In my review, I included my name and phone number, as requested.
During my visit, I received one creamy sauce with my order. When I politely asked for an additional one, the employee informed me that only one was allowed. She did not offer me the option to purchase an extra sauce, and her response came across as rude and dismissive.
A few minutes later, I received a phone call from this same employee. To my surprise, she was very upset and spoke to me in a scolding manner. I was told not to purchase tenders there again. This experience left me very disappointed, as I had expected my feedback to be received respectfully, not with hostility. For reference, I also submitted a photo of my receipt.
I hope this matter is addressed appropriately, as customers should feel comfortable providing feedback without fear of being treated rudely or receiving angry phone calls afterward.

They over salted the chicken and I order the jalapeño poppers regular and only got 1. Tried to call and they hung up in my face. I get a 20 minute lunch and it was wasted on poor service. Now I'll have to dispute with my bank.

Do not go to this Church's! There's a woman who works the drive-thru who won't let you finish when you order at the speaker. She constantly interrupts you. Also, how hard is it to understand when you want a number two and then add a chicken breast. She was very rude! She needs to stop and listen instead of constantly talking. I'll never go back to this location and I love Church's Chicken.

I ordered it three-piece chicken, tender meal with a side of white gravy and mac & cheese and biscuit. The mac & cheese is mushy. Disgusting the biscuits Seem like they’re not cooked all the way, And the gravy taste like yesterday‘s gravy. I also ordered a hi-c for my drink and it tasted water down and when I asked for them to take it back and just give me sweet tea, the lady gave me a dirty look.
