The location was very unorganized and seemed to be playing games with drive through people, along with the inside doors being closed, and the OPEN sign OFF, is there a manager during this time? What is happening here?

This isn’t my usual churches, but it was in the area where I had an appointment and unfortunately, we went through the drive-through. They got my order wrong. I didn’t realize until I left so I went back. They were happy to correct the problem which was just carbonation instead of sprite and they forgot to bag my coleslaw and so well they did fix the problem my friend and I both didn’t feel well afterwards

Manager is present but does not want to deal with customers, phone ringing off the hook and gets ignored entirely. Workers here don't know how to count obviously. Always check your food before you leave, 9 out of 10 times they get something wrong. I blame management.

If you go at night, they might close early. I went before closing, and they had turned off the signs and were inside cleaning the lobby. Do not expect them to be open as late as what is posted on Google.

Went during my lunch hour before 11 am not busy at all. Half my fries were stale and the sandwich bread was hard. Unfortunately I was already at work otherwise would of returned it. Very disappointed.

I was enjoying some chicken when I decided to eat my last piece I just so happened to look down at the piece and noticed a piece of metal wire or something sticking out of it. That's what is in the pictures I posted. Be careful when eating at this location. They didn't even seem surprised by it, all they asked was if I wanted another piece. I mean they could of at least offered a refund just to be nice.
I got wrong order everything I placed on this location. 16 pc chickens turn into 12pc. 2 gallons of sweet tea turn into 1. Smh.

The lil cashier bro needs to practice his speech. I'm not from the US. However, I'm proficient in English. But this guy, I had to ask for him to repeat everything over and over. I understand that he's probably a young adult, but if a customer asks you to speak a little bit more clear, just do it.
The chicken is gooooood, the mashed potatoes and corn are very good as well. Dont order the Mac&cheese, is just made with that American cheese that everybody puts in their sandwich.

If I could give zero stars I would give zero stars everything about this place was not good at all. This is my first time ever trying churches chicken and this will be my last time I was up charge for sides I never received my meal was completely wrong I got zero condiments no napkins I waited at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes it was being told to wait multiple times until I finally pull forward to the drive-through window where I had to wait for another five minutes uncomfortably because there was a guy standing outside of my car on the passenger side waiting for someone to come to the drive-through window there was two guys speaking to a fella at the back door and the guy who actually had on the headphones said was outside talking to a customer And had finally returned inside to see if I wanted to place a order I told him I had an online order and he began to fix the order so to speak but when I looked and check my bag when I got home all bad. I tried to call back to see if they would fix it no response so no I’m not happy and I’ll never eat there again

They need to fire every person up there. The food is horrible. Chicken not done , fries and okra are old. They don’t care , they just threw everything in the box and the biscuit was broken and all over all of the food. Never again.
