Ordered a chicken sandwich that came up to 2.49 which I was confused but go off i guess. When I got my food it was 2 processed chicken patties and the sauce was gross

I ordered online. My order was supposed to be spicy, we got original. My French fries were cold. My okra was the best thing in the bag. They had no honey for my biscuits, so I didn't even want them anymore. Menu in drive thru doesn't light up and gives the place an abandoned vibe. The broken sign next to the parking lot isn't encouraging.

To be told by the team leader that the chicken being undercooked is a common complaint because of the cook not properly doing his job but still having him there serving the community Is disgusting and very unsanitary.I highly recommend everyone to not go here save your money . Someone is going to end up sick if someone has not already hopefully the health department fixes this issue ! I’m so disappointed in the feedback I got from the employees including the team lead saying “this is the cooks problem and that he doesn’t listen no matter how many times they tell him the chicken is undercooked” that man needs to be fired. On top of it all they mentioned they do not bake the mac & cheese because not everyone like it like that .. it’s so watery and mushy.. They just warm it up and put it in the containers straight from the bag I’m so grossed out, but I’m glad I have this information to share with you all..
Besides what I ordered y also bought 2 corn on the cob. One of them was old, dry, and dark color. The other one was juicy.

All the boys that work the night shift played around too much , I was trying to take my order and kept having to repeat my self at the window. All were playing up front by the window and rushed me out even before I can check my bags and ask for sauce I bought a family meal I could or easily drove to Popeyes or kfc but I choose to drive out my way here for this experience I felt stupid ordering that’s how the cashier made me feel
We ordered a large order from this place and when it got picked up and got home there were items missing which I get happens. When we went back we got called liars hesitated to give us our items and when I asked for her to name to place a complaint she said it was Maria and that she would be expecting our call which I’m assuming she’s the manager. She’s got the worst customer service ever
