Food is good. But I’m honestly irritated that I went yesterday and ordered a number 4 (tenders) with mashed potatoes and a lemonade. I got chicken legs and fries, and no bread ?… I let it go. Tried again today. Same order but with a sprite. They gave me FRIES instead of MASHED POTATOES…. Hate to be a bother but come on. I called and the person I talked to said my order COMES WITH FRIES. ?Started to order online to confirm, it in fact does not just come with fries. You can choose your side.

They remodeled it and the new staff is awesome even the food tastes better.
It was around 8 pm and couldn't even order food, because they locked the doors. Seeing how I walked there since I live close couldn't order food. They seem to lock the doors a lot at 8. Yet they say the dining room is open until 9. They were rude and when I did walk to the window, they said couldn't help me at all. Poor service poor management
The biscuits are very good, the chicken strips are good, but the Purple Pepper sauce is great. I heard a rumor that it wasn't a permanent menu item. That would be terribly unfortunate.

I usually will get KFC,definitely made a wrong decision stopping here! I ordered a family meal, my mac an cheese was burnt around the edged of the container! How many days does it take under a warmer for that to happen I tried to empty container on to plate and half of it was one piece! Seriously! So needless to say. The rest of the 16 piece family meal went in the trash, do you know how long it takes for pasta to grow harmful bacteria after being left out?! It is disgusting that the managers allow this or don't manage well enough to know it's happening . I'm not the healthiest person but that is Seriously harmful to the people you are serving. You need to train your managers well enough to train their employees. I have taken pics and will be sharing them with the health dept.
