I go to this place at least once a month. Just went through drive thru after work. Ordered a three piece with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Got home and only had the chicken and biscuit. No mashed potatoes or cole slaw. I tried to call twice. They don't answer their phone. $13 for three pieces of chicken and a drink. Check your food because they don't.

It was my first time going but definitely not my last. I was third in the drive thru line and was quickly moved within minutes. Jesus R. was so nice and gave me everything I needed to have our dinner. He was very efficient in getting me on my way. Next time we want Churches Chicken I will make the 30 minute drive. Costumer service 10/10
It was 7:30 pm when we arrived. The lobby was closed so we went to the drive thru. We could not order until we arrived at the window. There were 3 pedestrians ahead of us in line at the drive thru window. Once we were able to order the service went quickly. Unfortunately, they were out of several items. So we ordered a family meal which was good food.
