I have loved churn for so long!! Something I always get is the “how the cookie crumbles” lil freezie. It used to be huge for about $9! Sometimes I’d get it for myself, sometimes share it. Fast forward to tonight, we went and the lil freezie was half the size…. But the same price. I asked the cashier if they were out of the normal cups and her response was “we saw a lot of waste with that size”. I really struggle to believe that was the reason. If tou are going to make the ice cream half the size, then reduce the price. I feel really disappointed by this and I’m not sure if I will return.

Went here with my husband and a couple of friends. We enjoyed our various ice creams sitting outside. The ice cream is creamy and not overly sweet, and the servings are pretty decent. I might consider going again if I'm in the area but wouldn't necessarily make a special trip again.

Churn is our favorite local joint for quality ice cream and great customer service! Their butter pecan and their macaroons are next level! Tonight one of their employees, Summer, went above and beyond and made our night! Thank you for the great customer experience, Summer!
