They don’t serve the packs fully heated and nice like the other ones . They “heat” them up but really just the box .

Was very reliable for a large work order for 100 people. We did the catering order for the minibon tray. The order was ready exactly as expected. They just didn’t have any plates, trays, or even napkins for us. Customer service was very nice and friendly for such a large order.

Christmas Eve I ordered 4 boxes of Cinnabon from the Cinnabon website and had them delivered. Total came out to $110. They used DoorDash to deliver them. When the driver arrived, he only had half my order. He claimed they only gave him half my order. I called the store and they claim door dash took the whole order. After calling DoorDash and Cinnabon directly. They keep pointing the finger at each other, and both fail to accept responsibility and refuse to issue a refund. I spoke with the manager at the desert sky location and she stated they have a big problem with their orders continuing to be stolen. I still have no resolution. DO NOT! Order online, SAVE THE HEADACHE AND GO PICKUP!!

This is probably the only physical Cinnabon place located on the west side. It is located inside the Desert Sky Mall, in front of Dillard's Store. It is no longer as a restaurant establishment but as a food court station. The taste of these buns are still unbelievable and their flavor drinks are one of the best. Lines sometimes form but the staff are fast with taking orders. Very nice employees, they always smile and greet you when you come up to their counter.

Using the Cinnabon app, I ordered Cinnabons for delivery the day before Thanksgiving (11/23) for a fun breakfast on Thanksgiving. The order was $47 after tip. It didn’t send me tracking information, but did send me texts saying my order was leaving the store, about to arrive, etc.After receiving a text saying the order was about to arrive, and a notification on the app that my ordered was complete, I went to grab my order, but it wasn’t there. After checking my ring, it never arrived.I tried to contact support on the app but it said if I had an issue with my order, I must call the store. So I called the store and spoke to the manager. Basically he told me that delivery drivers keep stealing orders and it’s hurting all businesses but that there was nothing he could do. He said he wouldn’t refund my order but that he was deeply sorry. I am confused as to how this is hurting his business if he doesn’t have to refund me.After begging for my money back, he promised to call me before the night ended because they were very busy and said “I promise I will make this right and you will have your Cinnabons for Thanksgiving”. Not only did he never call, but I didn’t have Cinnabons on Thanksgiving and I’m still out $47.I filled for fraud on my bank account under “paid for services/merchandise that I never received”.Do not order delivery from this location.
