Kesley and her crew are an awesome bunch. I started going to this location after I started working in the area and I am glad I get to visit this Einstein location. Always clean crew is personable and makes sure you are happy with your order!

Every time I visit this establishment I'm greeted by friendly people. The staff is awesome and the manager not quite sure her name but she is awesome very friendly always smiling and in a positive mood in fact she is why I keep coming back. Thank you! Sincerely the Dasher Larry 😁

Customer service is dead, it was myself and another guy in line and there were three people in back making food. There was a manager upfront, somebody was working drive through. Every single person in this Einstein bagels looked up at us, every single person looked at us in our faces, but not one single person said hello, good morning, will be right with you… Nothing. Finally, a girl that seems as if she’s the manager came up and took our orders and went about her business

Very fast quick and friendly service

It's a bagel place. nothing interested or impressive. We just got a breakfast bagel, that's it. I hate all these places. They all had a stupid machine. They're asking you to leave a tip. Stop giving tips to these stupid places.

I wish I would’ve known that I had to ask if my pick up order was ready although the girl saw me standing there for a couple minutes and didn’t even bother to ask if I had a pick up order ready! She did not bother to even make eye contact with me until I asked if they had a pick up order ready under my name and she brought it out from a hidden counter and had the audacity to tell me to have a good day after making me wait, when my food was ready the second I entered. They should not use the same counter for people who ordered in store and for the people who ordered for pick up, if that’s the case, they need to pay attention to the customers and ask if it’s a pick up order, don’t just leave the food there to get cold and the drinks to melt.

I go to this location since it's close to work. Always fresh and pleasant staff. Always have plates and napkins and plastic ware with my orders. Other locations do not.
