Came here for my birthday to get my free bagel sandwich. I ordered two bagel sandwich online and picked up my order at the drive through. I also got a free drink with my order probably because it was my birthday, It was delicious, thank you guys.

This morning I placed a mobile order and went to the area clearly marked for mobile pickup. I was passed by two employees who didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. It wasn’t until a manager came over and asked if I had a mobile order that I received any assistance. Very disappointing customer service.

PSA: This is the BEST EINSTEIN'S LOCATION EVER!!! Everyone is always I'm so cheerful and happy to see and serve everybody even when the crankiest of morning people, like myself 😅 They always put a smile on my face and I highly recommend that everybody comes to this location even if it's a drive because it's totally worth it and give this Team a Pay Raise because they deserve it🔥💪💪💪💪👍
