I got two Everything with schmear. As always, the bagels were fresh, and they didn't skimp on the cream cheese. Everyone was friendly, and despite being busy, it wasn't a long wait.Parking: Parking was kind of tight. But then again, I was driving my Ford Transit 350. Big van.

Horrible customer service had me waiting in the drive-through line for 15 minutes. There was no sign stating that they were going to not be using the drive-through this morning..When I went inside in the morning crew didn’t want to take accountability for them not putting a sign of having customers wait outside in the drive-through. When I mentioned it that they should put a sign up, he stated that he had just got here and I told him they needed to take accountability as a company and he kind of blew me off won’t be coming here anymore. Worst customer service ever.

I went this morning to get 1/2 docent of bagels with plain shmear. And get I got home and was about to get my bagel ready and when I opened the cream cheese it was already open and you can see the fingers marks all over the shmear. It was disgusting! I drove back to the place, told and show them what happened. And they reimbursed the money for the shmear, so I asked the clerk , what about the cream cheese and she said I either exchange or reimburse me. I bought another one. But for me it was not right that I have yo drive back and forward for something they were not careful about it. They should at least give free for the inconvenience. I guess, I won't be visiting this place much. And if you get to go please check your order. Very dissapointed!!!!

Drove up to drive thru to pick up order. I see a group of people hanging out by the back door. Two girls which were workers obviously in uniform and like four guys in plain clothes smoking (not cigarettes) in front of drive thru. I'm at speaker they hurry and go inside. Not the right lace to hangout when order speaker box is right there.

People at the counter are rude and inattentive. They are supposed to offer you your receipt but just leave it on the printer and walk away. Einstein used to be my favorite. I've been here two days in a row now while my house is being torn apart. I have no kitchen otherwise I'd cook myself. I thought yesterday might be a fluke. Asked for my bagels to be toasted, they neither feel toasted nor are they warm at all. Both days....For a $10 sandwich I could have had dunking donuts for better. The entire thing is ICE COLD.. Bacon tastes fishy, turkey is questionable and tomatoes are so cold and mushy they are inedible. Only positive is the lettuce and avocado. There's not enough of the tomato spread to even know it's there. The bagel is completely cold after asking for it to be toasted. My daughter's special treat (she's 3) for having all the chaos at the house was a chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese... it's soggy, cold, not toasted at all and has super light cream cheese. Not at all the quality they used to have. All the bagels feel like they haven't been toasted, same for yesterday. There aren't many bagel places near us and this being the only Einstein close to us I am so disappointed. Was going to say something to the lady up front but she just seemed so unbothered by me standing there waiting for her to notice me. The cook in the back had to say something twice to her and then she responded to me as if my question was obvious and dumb. I won't be back here. Sad day when there is enough staff yet they all can't do their job. Not sure if it's laziness or a problem with management first. Either way, serious training needs to be had in company policy and customer service. Lowest issue on the list was every single table was filthy. It's 11:40, so past the morning rush, no one in here but us yet the place is trashed and 3 employees are just standing around. Make it make sense. Sheesh. 17 years in the restaurant business and I couldn't fathom having employees act this way or treat my place of business with such a lack of care.

Made me wait so long forever for 6 bagels meanwhile no one was in the store. And then I had to make sure they gave me my second cream cheese which they did not want not to then realize that the sliced me bagel like this… okay it won’t let me post a photo but there’s a small slice barely half way on just the very top of the bagel. do better guys your job is not hard.

I gave this place a third chance and Still never get the order right. 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches and still cant get it toasted nor halved. Cutting corners doesn't make a place thrive. It just drops your ratings. I'll be sure to stop tipping them til they get it right. But who knows. If you don't Tip, they'll probably really mess up your order too.To add to it, as you go through the drive-thru, you get ppl from the place next door standing out back smoking weed with ppl who I'm sure are jobless and/or homeless.

I wanted to support this location because of the previous reviews. I entered and could notice how clean the location was. The staff greeted me immediately with a smile and happy to help. Looks like they get a lot of online orders so the person who took my order also made my drink. My bagel was toasted perfectly with the appropriate amount of butter. Took me back to NJ. Now... my chai latte was gross, it tasted sour but I ordered almond milk so not sure how that happens. So that was a waste of money but the bagel worked. I was disappointed that they didn't have oat milk but at least they had an alternative.
