My husband and I ordered the Best street tacos. The taco shells were the most flavorful I have ever experienced. The shrimp was fantastic and the veggies were perfect. We were given two tacos. The fresh greens with tomato and roasted pepitas were perfect. The salsa and the dressing for the salad made my taste buds sing. We ended with a brownie with vanilla ice cream. My husband had a beer and I had pink lemonade. We were so happy.

My husband and I took a lunch break at the museum to enjoy the cafe. He had the roast beef sandwich, I had the grilled cheese. His was definitely the better of the two, next time I plan to try the posole. Service was prompt, didn’t have to wait very long for our food.

Must see for art and the history of Indian Schools. What they were then to what they are today.

We had lunch here, and it was excellent. Good selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, and more. I thought the prices were fair, and the service was friendly and efficient. On nice days you can eat at a table in the courtyard.

Took my adult daughter to the Heard on this holiday and they were open. No line at the Cafe! Had great food - she had a huge salad laid out in sections and I had a wonderful rukey, bacon, avocado sandwich.

Very nice place to sit and reflect after the museum. But busy, but not speedy service either. Expect a little bit of a wait. They pace themselves. It's a great place for a leisurely experience.

We had lunch here on a Sunday while visiting the museum. When you pay your entry fee, the museum gives you a standard sticker to place on your shirt. You can then exit/re-enter at will that day. We toured the museum for over an hour after it opened at 10 a.m. We then took a break for lunch before 11:30 a.m. At that time, the cafe was nearly empty; we were among the first to get seated. However, later when we were exiting the museum at around 1 p.m., the place was packed and they may have started a wait-list. So, factor that in to your dining plans. The cafe has about 1/3 of its seating indoors and the rest in a courtyard (most or all of which is shaded). We opted to dine indoors. Our server was friendly and efficient. At least 2 of us got sandwiches (I opted for a BLT) and the other may have gotten a salad (?). Everyone enjoyed their dishes. There was the standard sort of in-museum mark-up for dining that you generally see worldwide. If you are on a budget, there may be other options within an easy walk of the museum, though. However, part of the premium you are paying is for the convenience. If I toured the museum again at a similar time, I'd consider returning here.

OMG... Best experience EVER. Stand by the waterfall by the Three warriors...

A nice addition to the LA arts scene. The facade is a photogenic sight compared to the mostly dull DTLA architecture (sorry Angelenos) and based on the buzz I assume most people come to Coffee Cantina at the Heard Museum to see the Infinity Rooms. While admission is free, reservations are recommended, otherwise you'll likely have to brave a long wait in line.

When you're visiting the amazing Heard Museum and you don't need a full blown meal at the Heard Courtyard Cafe, stop in at the Heard Coffee Cantina located adjacent to the Cafe and just a few steps from the museum exit. Great selection of fresh brews. My espresso shot-coffee is deeply flavorful but not bitter as I sit in the sunny courtyard and sip my cuppa Joe. Prices are surprisingly reasonable. Very pleasant friendly staff. A nice way to end an hour-long self-guided tour of the Heard Museum.

The courtyard was a nice oasis in the middle of downtown with fountains and beautiful landscaping. We had a party of five and our food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed their meal. Had an excellent vegetarian salad.... Dreamcatcher Salad. It had avocado, pepitos, tomatoes, and other tasties. Hubby had their Prawn Cerviche which was not the best but it was alright. The ice tea had free refills, but the diet coke came in a can, so no complimentary refills on that.

Doesn't get much better than a sunny Saturday in April sitting in the outside patio of the beautiful Heard Museum. I went just for that reason, but was surprised that i also received one of the best lunches I have had in a long time! I ordered the TEPARY BEAN HUMMUS & FRYBREAD appetizer, which was warm, flavorful and large enough to be a meal in itself. I also had a cup of posole, which turned out to be the best posole I have had in Phoenix! When I told the waitress, she said a lot of people say that. The service staff was excellent-friendly and efficient. It was a great experience.
