This is my first time visiting this new place with my son. It's conveniently located off 7th St and Grant. The building has an older appearance but seems to have been renovated into a thriving business. The coffee I had was fantastic; I ordered the Instagator, which was bursting with flavor, and the espresso made me more chatty than I typically am. There were plenty of customers there fueling up for their day. I will certainly return, and I highly recommend this place. By the way can't rate the pastries, didn't have any.

Absolutely awful experience. I came in around 2:10 pm on 01/16 and placed my order right away, yet ended up waiting 14–16 minutes for a single drink while no one else had ordered before me. During this time, one employee was standing at the coffee machine having a casual conversation with her friend instead of working. It took an unreasonable amount of time before proceeding to walking over with him to take his order, and to make matters worse, she then proceeded to make his drink before mine.
What’s even more frustrating is that we ordered the exact same drink, yet his was finished and handed out well before mine. There was no explanation, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no apology. The entire situation felt careless and dismissive, as if my time and money didn’t matter at all. The staff was inattentive, unprofessional, and clearly not prioritizing customers. This was some of the worst service I’ve experienced, and I won’t be returning after this experience.

My favorite coffee shop in Phoenix by miles! I travel out of my way to come here. Friends with Benefits is my go to, and the seasonal butterscotch latte is also amazing. Love that they use a lot of house made syrups.

I thought the coffee was good for what it is and they have a lot of open space and seating which would be good for a group studying. The guy behind the counter was super sweet and friendly when he gave me my drink. The girl who took my order was kind of rude. She kept cutting me off and just overall seemed super impatient and it kind of ruined the experience for me. I brought my computer there to work and I couldn't find what the password was for the Wi-Fi and I ended up waiting for the guy behind the counter who was making drinks to be free because I didn't want to ask the girl at the counter. I think I would rather just go to coffee builders down the street. The people there are always super friendly and the drinks are very lavish for the same price.

Friendly service, Barista helped me pick out a drink. Located inside a building with shared space. Parking is busy, lucky to find a spot. Lots of working students inside, great hang out vibes. Cold brew was strong but had a slight bitter taste at the end. Espresso was not as strong as I'd like but the flavors were good. I'd come again to try something else.
