This place is a joke. Jack is such a bad manager. We went to to a family gathering and we were at the bar since 5pm. I let the hostess know that I had a party off 8 and they would arrive at 6pm. She stated no problem. My party arrives and they tell us it will be 20 minutes. No worries. We wait 30 minutes. Worst experience ever at Scottsdale location. They served me a completely melted milkshake so I asked for a new one. I waited over 30 minutes and didn’t get a new one. The waitress could have cared less. When a manager or person from the bar, he didn’t identify himself, asked me if I didn’t care for the drink. I explained they forgot my drink and then brought it melted and I was asking for a new one. He said it might have been the new machines fault. No…it was poor service...read full review
