Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

This place is a joke. Jack is such a bad manager. We went to to a family gathering and I can and say at the bar since 5pm. I asked the hostess at that I had a party off 8th at would arrive at 6pm. She stated no problem. My party arrives and they tell us it will be 20 minutes. No worries. We wait 30 minutes. I asked the hostess when our table will be ready she stated that they were busy and they would be another 30 minutes. I said no worries. 7comes along and no table. I ask for a manager his names Jack. He was very apologetic and said it will be 15-29 minutes. I said no worries. The gentleman that was sitting next to us said you should sit over there and so we moved. The manager Jack comes to our table and said yall need to get up and was very rude and stated yall need to get up you are not going to sit yourselves. We tried to explain that at the bar they said to sit He said yall need to leave. Never at anytime did he say I am sorry you cannot sit there let me get you another table. He was very aggressive. He pointed his finger in my kids & wife’s face. My daughter told him to remove his finger from in front of her face and became very angry and aggressive. He yelled at us and said “I’m calling the police You need to leave.” I have never seen a manager as aggressive and bed when it comes to customer service I will never come to this place. He does not need to be in management’ and needs to go to school in customer service. I am in the customer service business and I would never approach my customers in that fashion. Jack is the epitome of what not to do as a manager of a food establishment.

Love the food, service, and atmosphere! There is something on the menu for everyone in the family to enjoy and lots of TV's so everyone can catch the game while you eat.

If you do get served it's actually pretty good. But typically when it's busy everybody is focused on the bar.

Service was pretty slow. Me and my wife both got cheese burgers and one acholic beverage, 70$. Way to over priced. Also, I was sick for 3 days after eating here. Maybe the meat was bad who knows. Eat at your own risk. Great place to watch sports though.

This was my first visit to this spot. The service was good, the order came quickly to the table, the cheeseburger and onion rings were amazing. I will be back!

I had the Pastrami burger and it was fabulous. The service was also excellent. I recommend Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers highly.

I thought the food was great and the portion size was good. The food was fresh, and came out in a reasonable time considering how busy they were. The only thing that I did not agree with was that for a margarita was placed into a tumbler glass and was extremely small and that was the tall one the regular size one I was told was half that size I can't remember the exact price but I know that I was at least $15. Everywhere else you go you get a big old glass a margarita glass in some places you even get extra on the side to pour after you drink that one. And got up charge for Don Julio which is a inexpensive tequila. When it should have been already made with that to begin with, smh

Dietary restrictions: My wife was able to get a gluten-free bun for her burger here which is awesome because most places do not offer this option

Burgers were OK not as good as expecting
Real disappointing thing was not being able to just substitute something other than fries
Sick of always having seed oils for down your throat
