What a disappointment. This location doesn't have the NFL package and wouldn't even put the Cardinals game on which was a local broadcast on CBS. The staff was rude when anyone asked about it and responded with a huff and an eye roll. Don't come here on game day.

The view was great but I just couldn't get over the smell when you first walk in....like dirty water or wet rag smell....it did not have a clean smell to the restaurant a total turn off.....we couldn't even bring ourselves to eat anything ...we just had a drink....I was very disappointed and thought this experience would br great.....hopefully management makes changes because I know we were not the only ones to complain about this. I love cold beers and cheeseburgers but this did not come close to the experience of other restaurant changes....we are here for the baseball game and all can say this eas a let down
Kaitlyn was fabulous! Checked on us several times and made sure I had lots of water. Even helped us get better seats to watch the baseball game! The food was delicious however the bathrooms were awful. I told them and they said they were deciding who would clean it. Going in later, the soaps were full but it was still very dirty. I only wish I could have used my extra food credit toward tip. She deserved it!

Not sure on the food. We sat for over an hour and had a concert to go too. Had to leave. People.where served that came in after us.
Waitress only checked on us after we complained. Will never come here again.

The Chase Field location has become a yearly stop for our group and it hasn’t disappointed us yet. Great food and attentive service keep us coming back. Thank you!

We grabbed lunch here before the Dbacks played the Royals — good food, great service, and super convenient since it’s right inside the stadium.
Pro tip: Make a reservation or show up a couple hours before the game to beat the crowd. Perfect spot to kick off game day!

If you buy a $600 table for 5 the 20% tip is automatic- not a choice- and the service shows. It was so bad, our server hardly ever came down, our food was wrong, tried to tell the different server who brought it to us but she tossed plastic cutlery on the table and said your server will be with you shortly. It was a lie. I had to take my food back upstairs myself to get it corrected. NEVER AGAIN! I miss TGI Fridays!

Had dinner here during a game recently. Atmosphere was great. We had great service from Caitlyn. Even though it was busy she made us feel like her only table, never missed a drink refill, and made sure our food was good promptly after it came out. Wish we had servers like her down in Tucson.

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers delivered a fantastic dining experience! The burgers were flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the beer selection was top-notch. The service was friendly and fast, and the casual, energetic atmosphere made it a great place to relax with friends. Definitely a go-to spot for burger lovers!

Horrible experience for a birthday. 1st time reservation for a game. Party was originally for eight and the reservation was $300 for the table. When you call back and have to add another table ,nothing at all was not mentioned a about additional table fee. Then they had a minimum per person fee of $50. Spoke to two managers. The first one who took reservation second one when we called back to add the people, neither 1 mentioned anything about the table fee. 3 tables and the waitress would come to one table ask if we needed anything and completely skip over the other two tables . so we would have to flag her down to get our refills. Nachos for both tables came out cold the first time. The cheese has not even melted, and when they were sent back out new ones they were still cold. We had to buss our own tables basically because no no one would would take the empty plates or cups off our table and we were there for the whole game.
Extremely unprofessional management, he didn't even know what the table fee was for that night and that game.
There's no email confirmation stating table fees. When asked how much we were at for our minimums, the waitress kept coming back with different amounts that we needed to hit. Have aided other locations before and the service is okay. But this service here at Chase Field is horrible. Will never never be back. And we'll spread the word
