My absolute favorite ice cream ever! I’ve been coming to this exact location for years, and it never disappoints. Briana, who often works there when I come in is the perfect associate to help you choose the exact dessert that will make your evening sweet treat perfect! Also, she told me that you can buy a whole court of your favorite signature ice cream! Now thrilled to be the proud owner of a whole quart of the peanut butter perfection. 😆 I can tell I’m going to be spending too much money here.

I know it was a busy night but the attitude of the employee was insulting.

both of the employees were so rude. went in on friday night at 7 pm. i saw the guy employee licking his finngers and didnt wash his hands after, then continued to make someones order. not ok

My team visited cold stone happy valley today, and Embry killed it!!! Excellent customer service!!

We placed an online order and went in to pick it up. There was one person at the counter being helped, and we were the third in line for pick up orders. Everyone before us was helped, but then more people came in to place orders while we continued to wait to get our online order. Four families were helped before us, all of them came in after us, and we waited close to 20 minutes. When we finally got our order, we only got half of it, so my husband had to go back in to get the rest.

I waited 30 minuses to pick up an order from their online ordering system. Multiple families who came in after us were helped before and we were not acknowledged or helped the entire time. Terrible service. I would not recommend this location. Go somewhere else.

Not only did we wait 30 minutes, a portion of the order was not included so I had to go back in. Ridiculous.

Every single ice cream container was badly contaminated. There was strawberry and blue colors in all the other ice creams. The mix in table was filthy and contaminated my ice cream with orange colors (I got vanilla ice cream). Some staff had gloves and others did not. Terrible terrible conditions

Love the signature creations. Founder’s favorite would be a must try creation for chocolate lovers. You have plenty of delicious flavors of ice cream to choose from. They also offer ice-cream with waffles. We also have option to create your own tub. And lastly I have never disappointed with the staff they are very friendly especially this store.

Ice cream was melted. Over priced. Employee seemed disinterested in answering questions. Would have been better off just drinking a glass of milk.

Went here today to pick up a doordash order was asked by 2 employees what was the name of the order. I gave it to them. I've been sitting here 20 mins and still waiting on my order. Communication between employees is horrible.

I ordered cheesecake gotta have it size with Reese’s peanut butter cups but was charged for an additional mix-in, although you get 1 free mix-in, be careful for deceptive charges, didn’t realize until I looked at my receipt at home.

This locations ice cream is always freezer burnt. We tried giving it some time but nope, everytime we go it is just gross

Been her several times and each time the ice cream is overly soft almost melted . Also 20$ for two small ice creams seems a little expensive . Mixed feelings

Gabe was wonderful! He was very helpful and the ice cream was delicious! Will definitely be coming in again soon!
