Ice cream was melted. Over priced. Employee seemed disinterested in answering questions. Would have been better off just drinking a glass of milk.

Went here today to pick up a doordash order was asked by 2 employees what was the name of the order. I gave it to them. I've been sitting here 20 mins and still waiting on my order. Communication between employees is horrible.

I ordered cheesecake gotta have it size with Reese’s peanut butter cups but was charged for an additional mix-in, although you get 1 free mix-in, be careful for deceptive charges, didn’t realize until I looked at my receipt at home.

This locations ice cream is always freezer burnt. We tried giving it some time but nope, everytime we go it is just gross

Been her several times and each time the ice cream is overly soft almost melted . Also 20$ for two small ice creams seems a little expensive . Mixed feelings

Gabe was wonderful! He was very helpful and the ice cream was delicious! Will definitely be coming in again soon!

Went in with my nieces and their friends and we were truly astonished by the level of service coming from the 4 young employees. Gabe, Brody, Karissa, and Breanna did a wonderful job!! They took great care of my girls!! ?? Will be coming back soon!

The last two times we have been here they have not given us a good amount of mix ins. They used to be more generous with this. Maybe there's a new owner?

Ice cream was great, however had to panhandle change on the sidewalk outside to afford a small. 9/10 would beg for change again.

The employees did not care to listen to me they made full eye contact with me and still chose to to not help me get a love it lid BUT WHEN MY NINE YEAR OLD SISTER WENT IN THEY CARED ENOUGH TO HELP HER GET A LOVE IT AND LIKE IT

Best experience i’ve had with coldstone yet. My girl brenna does me right everytime and always knows what’s good. Awesome service, great store, the vibe could use an update but nothing a little paint couldn’t fix.

The manager, Embri, is such a sweetheart! She is patient and listens and is kind! I will definitely keep going to this location just to see her again!
