I love cold stone! The staff was very friendly and we all enjoyed our dessert! Golden oreos are my favorite and they always have them! Such a good add in to icecream!

i ordered from doordash, come to find out this location gave my order to a completely random person, and then we called the store to tell them that our dasher didn’t get our order, and the employee on the phone at the time said “well the dasher got your order and delivered it to you” when in fact it wasn’t a dasher who got our food, and we didn’t get ours either, you guys really need to check and see if people are actually door dashers, and i have the right to be mad because it’s MY MONEY. Horrible service and location

Stale waffle cone and oreo. Customer service was not friendly.

We come here one to two times a week, and every experience has been a good one. The girls that work here are some of the kindest souls and even know our orders. We miss Jessie, but she’s off doing amazing things.

Tell me why when i went yesterday to the 7 th st an bell location , around 12ish i think ?? both door where locked ? I looked through the windows because i looked on line for the hours and it said they were open . Then i looked on the times and days of when there open and closed they had posted right next to the door , and i said there were supposed to be open too.
As i was looking in i noticed the back door they go in an out of inside the store was covered up with something lol .
It made me feel some type of way about going there anymore because who knows what could have been going on back there so i just left and wont be coming back with the family. Hope everyone is safe at least .

I love cold stone and have gone to many of them and all have the same menu thus far. But going to this cold stones it was a huge let down when I found out that they don’t carry butterpeacan or cheesecake. I really feel that all cold stones should carry the same product. I’m going for the consistency of what I like. But this one is a 2 star for me. Those are two very popular flavors and they don’t carry it. Hmmmmm where’s corporate!!!

Sophie and JessieMade my whole day. From the second I walked in. I was greeted with a smile. These 2 seemed to be working very hard. But stopped what they were doing to help us.They Made everything great and really took the time to make a connection with myself and my kids.I will be returning solely on hoping to see these to again.
