I didn't go to this location but I did call because of another location being closed during business hours after I made an online order. Liberty picked up and really went above and beyond. These locations are franchised so no owner is the same and even though her location had nothing to do with my negative order experience, she still went above and beyond, along with her asst. Manager and store manager, to try and get me help. I appreciate them. Although I will have to wait for a fix on this issue I still wanted to give them kudos at this store as it wasn't really their problem but they cared anough to make it theirs. I know some might say they are just protecting the brand but they could have still done so without doing what they did so mega kudos to them.

I was walking by this place sense my dad won’t be at my sisters party we decided for some ice cream, hey had a lovely verse to of options with nothing out of stock, staff were very friendly and polite asking us how are day was. Making my lil sister have an enjoyable experience ^^.

Customer service was terrible, had to use the restroom, the girls looked at each other before saying no. I’m most definitely sticking to the camelback district. Personally if you can’t have good customer care don’t apply for it

I am a dasher. I came in to get an order and no one was around. So i said hello no one answered so i raised my voice each time till i got a response. She cam out rudly and said no need to yell. She cont. To get snotty with me. I wrote it up to door dash amd was about to take the order and she took it back from me. I asked her to pleasw give me an order.

Took the young lady and man a few minutes to come out from the back, the fruit in our ice cream looked old, blueberries looked like raisins and frozen strawberries were whole and hard to chew, been to the location at westgate and quality and service are much better.

My milkshake was made very watery and there was a dead fly in my milkshake.

Their sign says they are open until 10:00, but don't expect to get any customer service. You are not allowed to sit at their tables after 9:30. False advertising.

I love cold stone! The staff was very friendly and we all enjoyed our dessert! Golden oreos are my favorite and they always have them! Such a good add in to icecream!

i ordered from doordash, come to find out this location gave my order to a completely random person, and then we called the store to tell them that our dasher didn’t get our order, and the employee on the phone at the time said “well the dasher got your order and delivered it to you” when in fact it wasn’t a dasher who got our food, and we didn’t get ours either, you guys really need to check and see if people are actually door dashers, and i have the right to be mad because it’s MY MONEY. Horrible service and location

Stale waffle cone and oreo. Customer service was not friendly.

We come here one to two times a week, and every experience has been a good one. The girls that work here are some of the kindest souls and even know our orders. We miss Jessie, but she’s off doing amazing things.
