Sophie and JessieMade my whole day. From the second I walked in. I was greeted with a smile. These 2 seemed to be working very hard. But stopped what they were doing to help us.They Made everything great and really took the time to make a connection with myself and my kids.I will be returning solely on hoping to see these to again.

Jessie hooked it up!! ☺️ Hadn’t been to a Cold Stone in a longgg time. Jessie was friendly & helpful. Although there was no Rocky Road in sight, she had no problem making me some. Only cons- the bathroom was out of order & it was pretty warm in here for a summer day. Even for the employees! AC could go down some. Napkins we’re pretty cheap, felt like they were from the 99c store. Have to grab a lot for melting ice cream
