Extremely disappointed and taken back by the service received at this location. All three associates were obviously in a bad mood when we walked in and made no effort to hide the displeasure. Confused, I asked if they were closing, and I was told no.
Having worked service I understand wanting to close however I never behaved so childishly at my workplace.
A red head and two brunets were at the counter, all young ladies.

I just went to Cold Stone on 1/1/26 and the customer service was some of the worse I’ve ever experienced. The three young ladies closing had extremely off putting dispositions. My partner and I arrived 15 minutes before closing and we were out in under 3 minutes since she only wanted a milkshake, I understand rushing to close but we asked the woman at the register if it was okay to order and she told us yes. If you’re unable to service then she could have simply told us no.

Asked for a like it with peanut butter cups tonight. think I got zero peanut butter cups. Very wimpy and disappointing

I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. We ordered the Love It size, which is clearly shown on our receipt, but the store gave us a smaller size instead. This is unacceptable.

If the correct size wasn’t available, the staff should have informed us or issued a refund through DoorDash. It’s frustrating that something this simple was overlooked.

Please ensure your team pays attention when preparing orders, customers should not have to deal with mistakes like this or feel like their money is being taken unfairly.

Brendon, Abbie, and Mason were all amazing when I came into Cold Stone! They had great customer service — super friendly and welcoming the whole time. I ordered the Strawberry Blonde, and it was delicious. I highly recommend coming here if you want great ice cream and a great experience!

Mason is a great guy! Very knowledgeable about ice cream. Very funny. He needs a raise now!

Quality ice cream store in desert ridge

James at Cold Stone Creamery provides top-notch service with a smile. His ice cream creations are both delicious and artistically made. Highly recommend!

The experience was great! There was no line when I visited. The associate was friendly. I was in & out quickly, licking a cone of oreo cream ice cream. 😊

It's located in Desert Ridge, plenty of parking. Accessible entrance.

Ice cream freezers need to be replaced; Our ice cream came out already melting upon reciept.. Interior of store is dirty and over flowing with trash, and service was pretty mid..

I would find another location until corporate improves this location.

Employees very rude and lack of care in food making process. I stood in there for 2 minutes trying to sign up for the rewards, whilst an employee berated me for loitering. Unacceptable behavior, frankly. This, and I have been here before to a store closing early for no reason.

Zero experience and not respect with girls working there really needs more attention and how to work and understand to customers what their looking for
