I didn’t save the picture I took, so this is going to sound ridiculous. Earlier tonight I ordered a pint through door dash. My mix-ins were:
-Marshmallow, of which there were plenty. -Whipped Cream, generous portion. -Oreo mix-in, One. Not one serving, one cookie, perched on top of my pint right under the lid.
Also, my chocolate dipped waffle cone was delivered with about 1/5 of it missing. Not sure if it left Cold Stone like that or if the delivery driver took a little extra tip.
The pint was good besides that one minor immeasurable disappointment that ruined my day.

Very friendly staff and great indian flavor ice creams without egg. They even gave free ice creams to kids who performed at diwali event. My kids loved it and wanted to say thank you to owner.

The ice cream itself was good, but unfortunately the service was very poor. The staff repeatedly handled the cones without any sort of protection, grabbing them by the top edge where customers are supposed to eat. This is not only unprofessional but also very unsanitary.
We had to ask several times for a replacement cone because of this same issue, and even then, the staff did not seem to understand why it was a problem or how to correct it. It left us feeling uncomfortable about the cleanliness and overall food safety practices.
While I enjoyed the product, the lack of basic hygiene and proper training made the experience frustrating and disappointing. Management really needs to address this to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for customers.

She then said I will be back - put a sign on the door. I will never return. Just plain RUDE SHE WAS. NO WORRIES darling. BYE, BYE TO YOU !.

Came 20minutes before closing and was still treated very kindly. Was greeted quickly upon arrival and served our ice cream right away. Very friendly environment.

We took some friends here that were visiting from out of town. We all agreed we’ve Never experienced a Cold Stone that was so skimpy on the ice cream add on stuff. The employee/owner barely put any condiments on our order. It was 99% ice cream with 1 cookie or 1-2 pieces of candy etc. and we pointed that out to them and just got a “take it or leave it” look. We all agreed no more Coldstone ever, as there are too many other choices of places who will pile on and overflow the candy and cookies on. Pass on this one, they thrive on tourists visiting and seem to take advantage of that!
