I always come here to get my cakes for any birthday or any special occasion that I have planned. the staff and the owners are amazing. They are kind and hard working people, I have been depending on their great quality work and their delicious treats for over 20 years now. I have been coming here since I was a young girl. The current (09/28/2022) manager/owner or employee older Asian male was SO R U D E! Does everyone pay before the ice cream is served? Racial discrimination is the issue. My sister wanted to get ice cream. (07/15/2024) I refused to pay for anything from this location. When she comes out, she’s infuriated due to mistreatment. The fair skinned couple before her tee treated as customers should be treated, cordially and professionally. When it’s her turn. He asked that she pay first. Was extremely rude and stingy with the servings. She got a cup with 2 scoops like the couple before her. There was a noticeable difference in how sparing he was with her serving. . Racial discrimination is the problem here. This wouldn’t be the first time but certainly one time too many. This is unacceptable. For cold stone creamery franchise to allow people to purchase the franchise but not be thoroughly responsible and have the same moral obligation with the brand and for the brand is outrageous.
