This store needs to hire a peron to crush the nuts... 🤣 i order always order walnuts in my icecream and this time they put whole walnuts in it. I askes if they dont crush the nuts anymore and was told its probably to hard. The store can probably use some new faces.

Never thought I’d have to leave a negative review…Around 9:30 tonight I was told that they are not accepting card transactions and ONLY cash.Ive been coming to this location for a while now and have never been told that ! So I told one of the female employees that I was going to walk across the parking lot to the circle k which is literally at the corner! By the time I made it back with the cash the two employees had the lights off and open sign off and it was 9:45 to be exact !!! Just stood there staring at me thru the glass like I was a goofy 😂 terrible service 💯

Worst experience ever dont come to this location. I went in one night, said I wanted two ice cream cones. The girl that was helping me and my gf, asked her what she wanted and then me. We both told her what we wanted. And when I noticed the employee was doing it wrong I said your doing it wrong the employee insisted she was right. Made one ice cream cone then told me the total ( that's wrong, that's not what my gf wanted and you haven't made mine yet. The employee would not make mine or my gf correctly. Tried to talk to the owner and no avail. This is the worst store. No customer service and no respect for the customer or to what they are wanting to order. I my self called the owner, left a message, he called back 2 days later, I then tried calling back and no answer. Plus called the store several times. This place is not worth the time

Cold Stone never disappoints! The ice cream is always rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I love how customizable everything is—from the wide variety of mix-ins to the freshly made waffle cones.

Ordered special custom cake, gave all the details flavor, size & color of icing for writing. Not done to my specifications, I was told they didn't have green icing, yet no 1 called me prior to picking up my cake. I called the day before pick-up & was told cake was ready still no mention of not having green icing. Very disappointed.

Joseph is incompetent at taking and making orders. Im working door dash and the order wasnt even started until a few minutes after i arrived. After they confirmed the order, it took 15 for him to make 4 items, while his co workers were taking and completing orders at a normal pace. He constantly took his phone out to text someone he appeared to be having an emotional conversation with. Terrible customer service this guy makes serving ice cream look really difficult and confusing.

I ordered the smallest ice cream and it was exaggeratingly expensive. You could buy 3-4 gallons of milk for that. They're unreal with the prices. Just go to a drive-thru burger joint or wait for your local ice cream truck in your neighborhood. Ridiculous. Another time, I ordered the Super Mario Bros. promotion ice cream and they didn't even bother to put it in the advertised Mario Bros. cup! Lousy. I can't support this place.

Just drove 15 minutes all the way over to this location that says they're open and then on the door it says they're closed September 13th which is tomorrow but they were closed and it's only 8:30 at night on the 12th. And they close at 10pm.You have multiple people outside thinking you are open.Do BETTER!! Figure it out!!

Loved it for years

My family wanted ice cream today so Coldstone was the lucky winner over Dairy Queen.. But as we walked in absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever by the lady. I’d understand if it was busy but no one was there but us. We literally had to let her know that we’re ready to order .. Also when we received the ice creams and shakes everything was extra watery. Mind you we never went outside. I guess if she had acknowledged us it would have made it a bit better.

When you have a $1 off promo and they say "yea, um I can't do that. I don't know how. Bring it next time." I don't live here and there won't be a next time. Train your employees, management and employee = SUPER FAIL!!?

Take my granddaughter there whenever I can I went there with my kids

Love cold stone! My son has a nut allergy so I let Ivan know about his allergy before he started our order and he asked Beth to guide him through the correct way of serving to an allergic costumer. She was so nice and quick to help. They used all clean containers and spoons to mix our order. They were both so kind and friendly. Our ice cream was great! I really hope to see them there again soon. Definitely our new fav ice cream place!
