Great service and ice cream !

Placed my order online and got to the store and my order ticket was sitting on the counter and I asked if my order was ready and she said it was going to be a while?! Why?! This is why AI is taking over because Humans just don't wanna work but still wanna get paid lol. Horrible experience.

Very unprofessional workers. Today 10/10/25 I went in for ice cream with my child. I’ve ordered a KIDS CYO cup MULTIPLE times. I was first given a like it and I explained kindly that I ordered a Kids cup. The young lady assisting me said “okay” and came back with a kids cone . I APOLOGIZED and explained that this was not my order. She then asked what do I want and I had to literally tell her to put the portion of ice cram from the cone in the cup. While not upset I was displeased with her attitude I thanked the young lady and walked away. WHILE leaving I hear the same young woman DISCUSSING to another patron how “she was wrong she meant to order a cone” HOW UNPROFESSIONAL ! I’m unsure if it’s new management but there needs to be retraining in customer service and LISTENING SKILLS.

Ice cream was cold. Service was exceptional. .... But most importantly they had the cleanest restroom (customers only) I have EVER seen. You could eat off the floor!

Cold stone has gone down the drain from 04' since the last time I went to a cold stone icecream flavor is bland they put fillers in, the waffle cone has no taste to it.

Super busy location with a lot of young kids working! I wish they had more staff to support them but granted how many guests there was and how little staff they had, they did a great job at staying calm and doing their best to manage the line.

Recommended dishes: Birthday Cake

Got a cake for my husbands birthday ($35 for a small) and they gave me this… for such an expensive cake I’d hoped it would look better. They ran out of red so continued with pink mid-sentence. If you’re getting a cake from here, probably just write on it yourself.

This location is very dirty. The counter isn't wiped. The floors have panels falling off and look filthy. If I'm spending $20 on ice cream, there's a baseline of cleanliness that needs to be there.
Upon entering the young lady asked if im there for pick up.. i say no... and she said nothing else. She kept making an order.

Waited in line 30 minutes to be told they can't take my order when online doesn't work. Need better workers clearly incompetent

Missing toppings they ALWAYS have and children working that have zero customer service skills. I was told no management is ever present. The children have to call them. That was asking too much. I walked out.

So annoyed after the visit I just had. My cousin and I went in there to get 3 bowls . We were the only ones in there and they take her order then someone comes in behind and they take their order making two bowls. Then they finally take my order. Even after we told them we were together. Also the couple that was behind me they didn't even make pay because they forgot. One girl even said "oh I was paying attention "

The 2 young ladies at the counter were very rude and didn't seem to like their job very much. Not one smile or welcome in. Had the nerve to ask for a tip.
