We went for milkshakes around 9:15pm (they close at 10pm) thinking that they weren't going to make shakes that late, because other Cold Stones stop making shakes sometimes 2 hours before closing. Anyways so wee ask the lady if they have shakes this late and she said "we always make shakes, we have shakes. If you come for a shake and anyone ever tells you that we don't, call me to let me know, I'm the Manager!" We were so happy! And she made them so good!...

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially to a place that I come to all the time. But tonight was an abomination. There were three people ahead of me and it took me 30 minutes to get a single ice cream. I watched multiple girls walk to the back to be on their phones. I saw the AA girl with pigtails go and come from the back, not only during a rush but eating a finger snack in front of the customers and proceeding to just put on gloves and go about touching other peoples food....

Service was wonderful!! I dodnt knoe how it all worked and the delightful associate took great care of me. She took her time to help me through the process of making up my darn mind lol.
