Went for lunch and ended up with breakfast, so good. Chilaquiles and Machaca with egg. Ate everything and wo y eat again today. Worth it.
This is a family-friendly Mexican restaurant.
This is a family-friendly Mexican restaurant. It was almost full when we went there in the morning. Chilaqueles and Albondigas (meatball) soup tasted good. Menudo soup was also flavorful. Plenty of free parking. Saw a long line waiting outside when we left.

Comedor Guadalajara never disappoints when it comes to flavor. The shredded taco plate is always on point. their hard tacos are perfectly crisp and filled with shredded beef. The rice and beans round out the meal for a classic combo that tastes consistent every time.
The only downsides are that service can be a little slow on refills and the portions don’t feel as generous as they used to be. Still, the quality of the food makes it worth coming back again and again.

I dunno what yall are on about with this place, it is soooo mid. To begin, the salsa was spicy, but thats it. It had no other flavor. And I love spicy food but it tasted like peppers in water with salt. I had the chicken enchiladas and the chicken was flavorless, the green chile sauce tasted like it came from a can. My husband got the combo plate with the beef burrito, taco, and enchilada and the only good thing on his plate was the beef in his burrito because it was tender. Not because it tasted amazing. I absolutely love Mexican food and I was not impressed one bit. We aren't able to get out much and felt like we wasted a night out on this place.

Parking was easy even on a Sunday and although the wait was listed as 30 to 45 minutes, we were seated in under 25. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great suggestions while keeping the service smooth. The drinks and food were incredible, especially the mole and beans, which tasted just like authentic homemade cooking.

Not gonna lie, the location is not the best. The entrance is kinda hidden, but my goodness! This legit authentic Mexican food!! You know somewhere is amazing when there’s no advertisement, but yet the place is packed all the time? This is it!! I wish I showed up when there’s live music.
I’m so glad my friend recommended this restaurant for. I got a free soup as soon as I am seated, then later free chips and salsa - I’m spoiled! The server is lovely. However, I wish he would elaborate the special of the day further. All he did was said a Spanish term and didn’t tell me exactly what it was.
I ended up ordering the shredded beef taco and cheese enchiladas from the lunch menu. I was going to save some leftover, but 5 minutes in, never mind lol~
100% will return.
