Food is always good and served promptly. The restaurant is clean, they can update the bathroom and hand sinks

We were in town for a couple of days and we went to go eat there and it took forever to be seated and it wasn't even busy. I guess this is why..... What kind of people do they have working there? We ended up leaving.

This spot serves legit, authentic Mexican food with a chill, no-frills vibe. It’s always a good sign seeing locals, especially Chicanos, eating there. If you're craving solid Sonoran-style Mexican food, this is the place to go.

Very good enchiladas, but red chilli beef was a little chewier than I'd like. Shredded beef in the tacos was good, but the tortillas were pretty oily. Rice and beans were good, the salsa was amazing, and the chips were decent.

Always great amazing food. Weekend wait times are a little long but so worth the food and experience. The flan is delicious.

This place is very interesting. First of all I went there for lunch during the week on a Wednesday. Not sure if this result was due to the holiday season but the amount of people that were there and the wait time was comparable to you having breakfast on the weekend at a restaurant. I must say I was very impressed that so many people were here and waiting to get in this restaurant jampacked. Meanwhile, after I was seated, we ordered our food and I must say it was delicious. I think this is a popular place for a lot of the city of Phoenix employees as well as the police department and fire as many of the customers or representing the employers. I totally recommend this place and enjoy.

Honestly was disappointed in the food and service. Seeing how hyped up this restaurant is, I really expected better. I ordered the 4 beef flautas plate. The shredded beef was dry and flavorless, and the rice was also really dry. The waiters were a bit inattentive, although it was really busy so I can understand that to an extent. My boyfriend overheard two staff workers talking about a customer and one of them insult the customer, which always rubs me the wrong way. This place doesn't strike me as "authentic", and most of the entrees are clearly frozen and reheated. You can get better Mexican food at Filiberto's. I don't think I'd give this place another try, and I do not recommend it especially if you prefer authentic Mexican food.
