Store Manager (Earnie) tried to come after a friend of ours for $7k when her 7 year old stood next to one of the Characters and apparently knocked it off the wall...What?? Why in the world would this kind of restaurant not make sure these things are secured to the wall?? Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen..What if her child had been injured by the Character falling off the wall?? I understand kids aren't meant to climb these things- but she merely bumped it when she stood next to it and it fell.(Manager showed her video confirming this when telling her she needed to pay $7,000 for it) That's insane. Please secure your action figures. Kids will be kids. I would hate to see a child hurt. Please retrain your management staff as well. She was threatened with cops...We were there as a Soccer team after a game..a fellow mom pressed the manager after he pulled our friend off to the side to intimate her and he admitted that he had not in fact called the cops. She requested to talk to his superior and he informed her they were in Mexico...Super unprofessional behavior from management, especially when the restaurant could quite literally face a lawsuit if a child had been injured. We will never return. And I hope the owner sees this review and checks the recordings to see what happened here. We visited today at 11am.(12/7)

Horrible management, horrible experience and unsafe conditions for children. When you promote a business and try to attract customers based on the fun, giant comic statues then you should most definitely be sure said statues are securely bolted down, or be sure they are displayed in a manner where children or adults can not bump into them accidentally. This place is lucky no child was harmed when a statue fell yesterday. Instead of being apologetic regarding their complete negligence, the manager confronted a child's mother in the most unprofessional manner, pulled her away from her group and tried to force her to pay $7,000 for something that their establishment should have had secured and also should be insured. Beware of this place and their management, such a disgraceful way to treat customers.
To the owner of this restaurant. I advise you read my pictures I attached below. I also advise you to watch the cameras from an incident that happened yesterday, and how your manager Earnie decided to handle the situation. Now that I have calmed down from the situation and how he handled it, I am now realizing how very lucky he is that the statue that was not secured that fell did not hit my daughter, or any other child for that matter, and injure a child. The audacity he had to turn it around on me and bully, threaten, lie, and isolate me away from my table and took me alone into a back room so that he could intimidate me into trying to pay for the statue. I strongly suggest you get ahold of this situation, I have an army of people that are very upset about how Earnie handled it. My children are still shook up about how it was handled, they could hear him yelling at me from the table and it really took an emotional toll on them. I highly suggest you re consider who you select as a manager. My kids loved the place, and were so excited to see it all, it is very unfortunate how it was handled, but I am very grateful no child was hurt. From the pictures we took, luckily it looks like all the rest of your items, aside from the one that fell that was not, are anchored in, I would hate to see a child injured.

Concept, staff and atmosphere are great but the menu and food quality have some room to improve. The price of the food also is overpriced for what you get.

We decided to go to this restaurant with a group of soccer friends yesterday, 12/7. We chose this place because, on the website it says "ComicX is all about magic, fun and great food". From the website information we figured it would be a fun, and inviting place for our kids to eat in between soccer games. Sadly, it was the complete opposite experience. As advertised, they have amazing life sized comic characters. One of those life sized comic characters was not properly bolted to the wall. My friend's daughter walked near it and accidentally bumped it on her way to her seat, and it fell down. She was not climbing on it or playing on it. Instead of this establishment apologizing for the danger they put my friend and her family in by not properly bolting this character to a wall, they insisted on having the family pay $7,000. The manager yelled at my friend, and did all sorts of scare tactics to try to make her pay this outrageous amount of money, all before the holiday season. My friend's daughter could have been seriously hurt if the statue had fallen on her. The way this situation was handled makes me never want to return to this establishment again.

Food and service were fine. Not extraordinary nor lacking. The draw is the ambiance if you or your kids are into comic book characters. They are in every corner and on both floors of this restaurant. Be sure to take a walk around and explore after you eat.

Went here today to celebrate my sons birthday. The place is pretty neat and we enjoyed checking out all the characters. Our waiter was also great. Very friendly and attentive. The food.....well..... Wish we would have gone for dessert only. No sure how you could make such a flavorless burger. The meat was a bizarre consistency. The fries were good. My husband had the meatball sandwich which was meh. We ordered two or the Yoda margaritas. Cute concept but very sweet. Couldn't even finish it. I'm glad my son enjoyed it but we will never visit again.

Not really much of a store but a very good atmosphere for eating and enjoying the views of cool super heroes. Each plate is enough to serve 2 people, the servings size are pretty big. The nachos were delicious and the burgers were cooked perfectly. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and plan on attending again in the future
