Wow. Do not come here if you have any sensory sensitivities. Everything was loud and chaotic. Food was messy (too big to bite) and either too salty or super bland. Servers looked lost but tried hard. Only plus was the superhero movies they were showing. No wonder there was no wait on a Saturday night. Also, don't be fooled by the GF markers on the menu. They are not trained in dealing with allergies. I feel sorry for the servers.

Food was decent, comes out very quick but the Burgers are pretty greasy, so be aware of that. The 40 for 40oz drink deal is awesome, though seems like some of the waitress' don't know the deal. Waitress was nice but slow, and the drinks were slow. But the atmosphere itself is cool for

The tables were dirty, the menu was old and dirty too, and there was a greasy and sticky ketchup bottle on the table. The food was ready pretty quickly, which was a positive moment, but it wasn't good and not tasty at all. The chicken wings looked like chicken nuggets, but I swear even frozen nuggets from Walmart would be better. Burgers were not good too, any fast food restaurant would be better. The only good thing we got were the drinks. The figurines were cool looking, but they attracted lots of people, so you would always be facing someone's butt due to the lack of space. Crowds of "photographers" would always be standing by your table, trying to take pictures. First time here and last time.

Rated high so its seen. First time going there and it seemed so fun because of all the decorations. The kids liked it. But the food really sucked. The fajita was basically just veggies and hardly any meat for the price. Rice was not cooked and beans were like water.Grilled cheese sucked and the parm fries were just gross. Lettuce was old and soggy like lettuce. They don't even give you a bill, you pay at the table with the server holding a little machine. And I hate that since I like to review what I just paid for. On top of feeling pressured to tip when the service wasn't even good. So of course I accidently tipped way to much for poor service since i felt rushed. The person hardly ever came back and we sat for a good solid 10 minutes before they came to get a drink order. And it wasnt even busy. Unfortunately we definitely won't be returning. Prices are just to high for poor quality food and poor service

Ernie is a horrible general manager. Because he worked in the restaurant industry for 33 years he could never be wrong ? If the customer is not happy with food you don’t want to exchange it out? This place is over priced any food truck located in Arizona can make better food then this place times has changed and Ernie is the reason I will not be back at your location ever again thank you Ernie for ruining the experience I meant to have with my kids I will not recommend this place to anyone

Never told reservation are needed on the weekend, website does not provide this information. Information and details such as reservations needed should be provided. Drove from Tucson Arizona just to be turned away. This is very disappointing and will not recommend this restaurant due to poor and misleading service. So no walk-ins on the weekend at this location. You have been warned. The location in Nogales Mexico provided better service.

Turned away our party after they told us we didn't need a reservation before hand- verified per phone and website, no notice reservation was needed. Drove 3 hours to celebrate our daughter's special day here and or made no attempt to make an accommodation in separating our party instead. Ended up going to D&B who accommodated us with no issue. Some of our members of our party felt we were racially discriminated against. Would not recommend this place at this time.

Food is expensive but very good.We enjoyed everything except the smores. I will not order that again.6 people at our table and 4 people were served. The other 2 had to wait about 5 minutes. Dessert was not served together either. The decor was fantastic.

Went here last night with my family to celebrate my brother’s 30th birthday. I loved all of the decor. The service, the drinks and the food, not so great. The server was loudly talking with other staff members in a rude manner in front of my family and I. Not professional. As for the drinks, I had the “Yoda-Rita”. Excellent presentation, terrible taste. It tasted like sprite with maybe a couple of drops of green food color. Not good. We waited for a good amount of time for our food. We then were disrupted by a server trying to give us someone else’s food that belonged to a table across the way. Once our right food did come it was not impressive in any way. My mom had the chimichanga, she said it was “eh”. A couple of us had the burgers advertised all over online, you could see all the extra grease ooze out by squeezing it. I got the “Mr Fettuccine Carbonara” It was alright. Nothing amazing that stood out as far as taste goes. I’m no prepositional chef but I’m confident I could have made better at home. I could go on about how not great the service or food or drinks was but I’m sure you get the point. Atmosphere, with the decor, TOP TIER. Everything else that cost almost $300 for a family of 11, not at all worth it.Parking: With all the other businesses it was hard to get a spot reasonable near the restaurant. Had to park a distance away and walk back to the restaurant. Saturday nights are busy.

The service was excellent! Sat at the bar, full bar options. Menu was good. Nachos come in a small Radio Flyer wagon. Great place for pics.

Cool place to look around, food was not great, tastes like cafeteria food at camp. Go check it out, eat somewhere else.
