The peanut stew was out of this world! So delectable! Also, among so many things, the chopped salad I just about my favorite!

Delicious vegan food at affordable prices! There are so many things I love about this company. First and foremost, the food is delicious! It's not only 100% vegan, but it's also gluten free, mostly organic and so healthy! Second, they serve all items in mason jars (and other glass containers) that we bring back each week for reuse. Finally, this company is local and operated by people who care about our community and give back. I highly recommend this company and have been ordering yummy food from them for many years.

Really amazing way to eat! I like that it's healthy and vegan of course, but the use of reusable jars is low impact on the environment (no disposable packaging). Ingrid and Daniel are also building a stronger sense of community here in the valley.

I have known Ingrid and her family for many years, and I have always been inspired.by her mission and incredibly hard.work and dedication to provide healthy, vegan, organic and locally grown food for our community. Ingrid loves to cook and she.cooks with Love, so much Love, you can taste it! She offers a huge variety of delicious meals and options, there is something for everyone's taste on her weekly menus. You can order what you like and either pick up or have the weekly meals delivered. Everything is delicious and tasty, and definitely healthy! I can attest to it :). Ingrid I am forever grateful to you and your big heart. Thank you for keeping my fridge full of deliciousness every week, and for keeping me well.

This is an amazing concept! RSVP for Monday night community dinner at 6:00 and you will not be disappointed. The owners prepare amazing vegan dishes for the entire group which is served family style in the kitchen area. You fill your plate at sit at a long community style table where you get to meet other people. They are so welcoming when you go and call you by your name throughout dinner. The food was nothing short of amazing but there was also a ton of variety. This past Monday, there were two salad dishes with delish homemade dressings, a refrigerated quinoa with black beans, and a delish Indian inspired dish among others. Dinner is pay as you can so bring cash and give what you can!

Ingrid and her crew prepare the most amazing and delicious organic, vegan buffett every Monday. There's always about 12 dishes to choose from. And, what's so crazy, it's pay as you can. I've been a regular attendee for over 3 years. If you plan to go, be sure to RSVP by the day before.

Ingrid Hertz believes in community, empowering people to help other people, helping to network local businesses to the general public, and creating a place where we all come together to eat in friendship and fun. She and her team create and produce healthy, vegan, non-gmo, organic, handmade food that is colorful, healthy, great tasting, fun to eat, and affordable. I Ingrid and Daniel's dream of community kitchen, community spirit and community creativity. We can all make it an everyday reality.

I am totally happy to have found Community Cuisine. They charge a $20 deposit on your first order for the glass jars and bag. I am so grateful that they use glass to package the food. The menu comes a week in advance and it's super easy to place your order online. There are two locations where you can pick up your food on a Monday or a Tuesday. I've used both as one is close to work and one is close to home. It can sometimes be a little tough to park at the Washington Street location so I try to go earlier before the community dinner starts. Now, let me tell you about the food. We have been really happy with the variety of salads and soups and overnight oats. The spices are just right and even my growing teenage boy will tell you that they pack a lot of salad into a big jar. I don't order for every single day as it does add up but this is a perfect set up for a couple of days a week. They are very customer focused too. The process is friendly and efficient and I'm a fan.

The main concept is wonderful. A weekly "Pay as You Can" vegan buffet that the community folk can participate in. However the option to order packaged meals and/or jars of foods through the center's website is definitely an expensive bill. As a donation I was happy to give, but I couldn't count on the meals to sustain me. The inconsistent flavors of the food was a let down and often the items were too oily.

Amazingly healthy and tasty. I am a true "foodie" and love high fat/high sugar/heavy meat and cheese food. So I thought I'd get this to reduce the aforementioned and because I don't like to cook veggies. I had no idea how amazingly great everything would be. One day I had had a piece of key lime pie and that day had the chocolate cream pie from CC delivered, and ate it too as I couldn't stop, and it was better than the 5 star restaurants even tho vegan! The breakfast oats are the first time I have broken from a heavy meat/cheese breakfast and actually feel satisfied.(ok, I sometimes add an egg but...) This is seriously delicious, healthy food and cooked with obvious love by Ingrid and her crew. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
