Hello we booked them for an employee appreciation. They confirmed sent and invoice and paid Monday and the event was today, friday. We have called several times, emailed them and text. They are not responding and have not shown. Scammers do not book them!
Cones and shaved ice attended one of our events in our community and the customer service was wonderful as well as the variety of options they had.

No show with excuses. Do not count on this company at all. I had marketing all over our city! No phone call. I had to track them down. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. They should not be allowed to conduct their business in the valley at all! I told a whole city that I would be offering shaved icees for all. Shame on Cones and Shaved Ice -Negative stars.
