Ordered take-out during the end of July. Neither wife or I were that happy with what we received. My Portobello mushroom sandwich wasn't warm (although it was picked up on time and I started it within 10 minutes). We gave them another chance on August 17th, on a night out when we were heading to the comedy club next door afterwards. We were sat immediately before 5:30pm on a Saturday. Our server was mostly attentive, but wasn't big on bringing refills of my pop (knowing I'd be drinking at the comedy show). I ordered the wrapped meatballs, which was a much better choice than before. Wife had the grilled salmon, which she really enjoyed, but wasn't thrilled about the vegetable orzo--she wished they were separate, but that's just personal opinion. I paid first with a gift card we received, and then the balance and tip on my credit card. I also have the receipts proving that is what happened. The following Monday I was reviewing my credit card statement, and saw they charged the full amount of the meal on my credit card. I emailed them immediately, and explained the details. Two days later when I checked, it was corrected, but nobody bothered to contact me to apologize or even to tell me that it was corrected. I don't know which bothers me more--the fraudulent charge on my credit card, or the lack of basic customer service and humility. They've had 10 days to respond and have chosen not to.

Cook and Craft: A Disappointing Experience
Cook and Craft was an unfortunate choice for dinner. The moment we stepped inside, the overwhelming heat was immediately apparent. The air conditioning seemed to be on vacation, turning the restaurant into a sauna. It was uncomfortable and made enjoying the meal nearly impossible.
To make matters worse, the bathroom was equally sweltering. It felt like a poorly ventilated steam room. It's hard to believe a restaurant wouldn't prioritize a comfortable environment for its guests.
Our waiter was less than attentive. He seemed disinterested and lacked any enthusiasm for his job. His service was slow and we often had to flag him down for basic requests.
As for the food, it was a major letdown. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity. It was clear that no care or passion was put into the preparation. Overall, the entire experience at Cook and Craft was a disappointment and not worth the time or money.

The restaurant was about 85 degrees inside, the service was really slow, the food tasted mediocre at best and I’ve had bubble guts all night.
Server was great, but the HVAC was not working. Didn’t have a non-alcoholic beer option, so I just drank coffee and water. Interesting menu, and the food did taste good. I’d give it another try in winter when they don’t need HVAC, and restock their bar.

Unfortunate HH for my friends and I. Wednesday eve here in Scottsdale and it's 114 degrees. Walk in, order and start to feel quite uncomfortable. Sweating starts. Find out that their AC is not working.
Foods and drinks had already been ordered and arrived.
Sweat running down arms and legs but finish meal. Would be more comfy outside!
The check comes and we ask for a small courtesy discount for or discomfort and misery.
Was told by manager ABSOLUTELY NOT. His tone was rude and dismissive and said "well, this is Az" "and we ate our food." Asked for a discount not a free meal! The best consideration for his team and customers would have been to post a note outside on the door explaing the lack of AC.
Too many other great places to meet for HH. Will not rerun or recommend.

Phenomenal ! The Sours, a Brown Bag Highlighted Beer. If you don't stop in, you've missed the 'Craft' here in Arizona. Drive thru High Street & stop in, ease some pains with their CBD infused Beverages!
Parmesan Wings, Wagyu Sliders with Pickles ? !! Absolute Pleasure!! Wonderful Service as well. Thank You!!

Overall, it is a good experience when we come here and the other location. The mac and cheese is my wife's favorite. My wings had a nice cook on them. Happy hour is a great time to go 330 - 630 daily. Also, I think it's a nice touch that you can add CBD to any drink if you want. Service has never been an issue here, which is always a plus.

The best thing about it for me is the service. Our waiter was excellent and checked on us often. Service was timely and prompt. The atmosphere isn't particularly noteworthy, but the outdoor area was comfortable and cool, with misters going on the hot evening. Food was mostly great, as I enjoyed our appetizers of wings, deviled eggs, and sprouts. My portabella sandwich was okay, but not as flavorful as I would have liked. They also make a great Moscow mule. Overall, an excellent place.
