I had a bad experience with Cookie Brokers. I was visiting Arizona from out of state for a birthday trip, and I ordered and paid for a cookie cake months in advance. I chose Cookie Brokers based on their great reviews but was sadly disappointed with my order. I walked in an hour after I set the time for pickup and told them my name. They looked at each other like they clearly did not did not have an order ready for me, walked in the back, and told me the cake was in the oven baking still. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn’t have time to wait the couple of hours they told me it would take to have the cake ready. In the end, I had to have someone else pick up the order in my stead. The cake was cute, but it tasted really dry. Maybe they’re not known for cookie cakes, or maybe the fact they had to rush to have it ready affected the quality, but I was really disappointed considering I had ordered the cake months in advance.

I’ve been coming here for cookies since I moved to the area!!! My favorite is the blue Cookie Monster cookie!!! Amazing staff!! You actually get to see them at work designing the cookies and putting on finishing touches. The k you so much for your kind service and fresh baked cookies!!!

Extremely easy to customize an order and plan pickup online, and the cookies turned out beautifully. Very impressed!

I highly recommend this place. I ordered 18 cookies for my daughters bridal shower 3 days before the shower. The cookies were not ready when I arrived to pick them up. Someone wrote the incorrect pick up date. Emily was very nice and offered to get them delivered to my home or event address. Gilbert delivered the beautiful cookies the next morning by the time I needed them. The cookies were gorgeous and delicious. They are VERY talented decorators. I would definitely order from this place again. I appreciate that they were able to take my order last minute. Their customer service is amazing and their work is outstanding!

Ordered for my bridal shower and baby shower! My mom also ordered from my college graduation but I can’t find pictures of those (they were beautiful!). Cookie Brokers is our go-to spot to order beautiful and yummy cookies for special events. They can do any design and have a quick response time. Highly recommend!

Cookie Brokers of Phoenix offers a huge range of baked goods & treats to customers who seek high quality & unbelievably delicious, exquisite cookies for any occasion. They have made close to 200 cookies for me in the last two years, plus their other baked goods that are irresistible. They recently made cookies for my Mom’s “100th” birthday, that they perfectly matched to the invitation!! Gorgeous! They were as exquisitely presented as they were delicious!! Each cookie they make is a gift in itself! Their customer service, helpful kindness, attention to detail always exceeds my expectations. I can never thank them enough! Not only darling but delicious!! Very thick fluffy cookies! Not all royal icing cookies are good but Cookie Brokers has nailed their recipe. Super responsive service, easy to work with, and (bonus) delivery! Loved the cookies - second time I ordered for a lifesaving grant award check presentation at Petco! Save a life, adopt don't shop! ?
