Had an absolutely amazing time hereI decided to take some family who was visiting from out of town in for brunch, and I'm so glad I did. Whole crew has been raving about it since we left! Beignets are a MUST, deviled eggs are fantastic, and the smash burgers with waffle fries were such a hit. Pro tip- go for the double patty, they are thin! Our server Maddy was attentive and made great recommendations, I'm going back for dinner ASAP. Thank you Copper & Sage!
They were so accomodating as we reserved the patio for dinner but it was just one of those days in Phoenix that it was raining. We sat inside and really enjoyed the quick professional service and the food never disappoints! My fav for the appetizer hands down are the blistered shishito peppers! I was going to venture out and try a new entree but the duroc & angus burger called me back again and again it was choc full of flavor!! I've dined in twice for dinner, the food is amazing, the drinks are amazing and the service is awesome! I'm so happy they are in the neighborhood. We also visited the lounge next door Blue Stave. Juan is such a sweetheart and definitely knows his way around a cocktail!! ??
