Amazingly delicious and delightful food! Flavor and presentation are on point. Cocktails and wine were delicious! I celebrated my birthday here with my husband. This was our first time eating at this restaurant, but it will not be the last! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is a very intimate setting, with friendly and attentive staff. Our server was awesome and answered all our questions. She was on cue with service and offered wonderful recommendations for wine and appetizers. If you are looking for a classy and quaint eatery, with top notch food and drinks, then I would recommend Copper and Sage 1000%.

Whomever is responsible for the menu (creation and execution) deserves to have their ? ate EVERY. NIGHT.

The food is so delicious! It’s so delicious that I devour it before being able to photograph what I’ve ordered.

Be sure to tell the person you place your order with if you have any allergies. The kitchen staff has been super attentive every time I’ve mentioned dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: There’s a misprint on one of their menus about a gluten free item, but the staff was sure to alert me of their mistake and offer me an opportunity to order something else.

Honestly, I was looking forward to eating here and it was very disappointing. My French fries tasted like fish and after the server was notified I got new ones that tasted the same. The chicken on my sandwich was burnt (not crispy) you can taste more of that than the chicken itself. I got a sorry and the French fries removed. I wouldn’t come back here again. Nor would I recommend this place. Almost $20 for burnt chicken and fish tasting French fries. Edit to add that I went to the Goodyear location.

Celebrated a milestone birthday with a small dinner party. James, the manger was great and helped me coordinate the evening. We started with drinks and appetizers at the Blue Stave. This bar is gorgeous!! And has really cozy seating areas. They put out a beautiful charcuterie tray, deviled eggs and bacon wrapped dates for our guest to enjoy. The drinks are phenomenal! Our bartenders Marco and Tansy killed it! We moved out to the patio for dinner. They arranged the tables so that all of our guest could see each other and talk. The food is delicious. You must try the short ribs! It all came out at the same time. The staff was very attentive and anticipated our needs. I did not have to ask for a thing and could relax and enjoy the evening. Everyone had a wonderful time. We will be back again soon to enjoy another great dinner!

Parking: The parking lot is safe to leave your car and Uber/Lyft home.

Came during restaurant week and really enjoyed the food! Service was a little slow but the manager came out and helped move things along and individually went to each table to help us get what we needed. I would definitely come back!

Fried green Tomatoes were out of this world- interesting Romain salad- not chopped just a whole stock of lettuce- no real toppings- so get the salmon with it- cooked to perfection. The dressing was killer as well. Service was friendly but slow- took almost 25 min to get our salads. Might have been an off day for them. Would go again- however the area of this one isn’t my favorite- right on busy road an a little small. Patio isn’t shaded much and hear street noise.

I would have loved to try it, but they refused to honor our reservation at 7:45pm, they told us it would be at least half an hour before we would even be seated, then the kitchen was running behind. Why even take reservations? What a disgusting joke of a restaurant. No customer service, they clearly didn’t care and only tried to seat us at the bar next door without telling us we wouldn’t be able to order our food until we were seated in the restaurant. The hostess and the manager told us two different things, nobody seemed to know what was going on. This was at 7:45pm! We just left and went somewhere else.

Just went to Copper and Sage during restaurant week. We were there for over 2.5 hours before we were served dessert. Our server apologized that it was slow and then we didn’t see her for an hour of our time there. When we got our dessert it was not the one we ordered because they had run out in the meantime. I would have expected to be comped at least the dessert since it was wrong but we were not. Will not be eating there again due to this poor experience. I know there is only so much the staff can do when they are short but still felt disappointed.

My family and I wanted to try Copper & Sage for restaurant week. The food was delicious!! Very pleased with how everything came out, flavorful and savory. The service was incredibly slow seeing as they only had 3 servers and 1 bar tender. Aside from service everything was great! I would definitely eat here again and try something new off the menu!!

It's only been open for a year or so and by chance saw the reviews, we just had the appetizers fried green tomatoes, fried pickles, crab cakes , bacon wrapped dates, deviled eggs. All were awesome! Can't eat like that all the time but wow was it awesome!!

Celebrated a friend's birthday with a great dinner in a friendly easy to access setting that started with Brussel Sprouts in an iron skillet, delicious entrees such as rich Short Rib on cheesy grits, Filet and baby potatoes and Scallops and grits the topped off the meal either fabulous home made desserts. Staff were friendly and welcoming! We will be back!

Bacon jam deviled eggs were great. My husbands New York steak came cut in strips and pieces. Some bites were medium well and others medium rare as ordered. It was an odd presentation. My shrimp and grits were fine, just rather bland. Our server was overwhelmed with tables and the kitchen was slow but it was an unusually busy Sunday night.

The restaurant refused to honor our reservation at 7:45pm and told us we would have to wait at least another 30 minutes. It was almost 8pm and we were starving so we had to find another restaurant. I don't understand how a restaurant can't figure out reservations, it can't be that hard. So disappointed, it sounded good but we definitely won't be back after the way they treated us. And they had the nerve to mark us as a no show when THEY refused our reservation. They shouldn't be allowed to be on OpenTable.
