At first it was a great start, we had a revelation and they got us to the table right away. It was busy so no surprise it took about 7 minutes for the wait staff to get to our table initially. When she came we ordered two drinks and two appetizers. Drinks came out within 10 minutes but the two appetizers took nearly an hour. We ended up cancelling the order of one and the one that did come out (nachos) were cold upon arrival. The management and wait staff apologized, but if they just were honest it would be better than just saying sorry we are busy and backed up. Food meh Environment loud Wait staff super friendly Cleanliness great

Great space, great food and awesome service. I will say in between live acts when the music was house music it did get very loud

We reserved early seating for the Deon Cole show. While the server was okay, the food and selections were subpar. Apparently there was a brunch earlier that day and the restaurant had sold out of most of what was on the menu. Why advertise an event if you cannot adequately meet the demand? Increase your supply beforehand. Our server told us that Stand Up Live had sold out of chicken wings and other items also. Well, we sat and observed multiple orders of wings and other items delivered to other patrons. We should not have listened to her. The rice bowl I purchased from Copper was so salty that I didn't even eat half of it. I didn't request a refund because I didn't want to make a scene. Also, we reserved a table for 5pm. We only received parking validation for 3 hours which left us paying out of pocket for parking. Please do better to serve your customers. It's unlikely that we will patronize Copper House again. However, Josh the guitarist was excellent, so that was a save.

It was very loud. The bathroom was a mess, no TP and one toilet didn't even have a seat. The reservation for Stand Up Live and dinner at Copper Blues was strange - no real direction but it did work out fine. The steak bites dinner was so so good!!! I wish it came with something (i.e. fries) but the steak was so tasty!. Our wait staff was sweet and once I mentioned the restroom issue, she got it tended to. Lastly, I requested, in my reservation on Open Table, to be seated at a low table because my mom is cane-assisted but was sat at a high table when I went to the restroom - I don't think anyone reads the special requests.

My friends and I had a lot of fun. We had a perfect view of downtown and live music at the bar. Fun please and we will be back.

We had a great time and meal at Copper Blues before seeing Josh Johnson, my husband had a chicken sammy and I had a rice bowl and a pint of Kilt Lifter Peach. Our server was Jasmine and she was great! The musical act was really good and we enjoyed sitting at near the window on the rainy night.

Got great seats at the comedy show, but the food took forever to come out and our server to forever to see us.

We were seated next to the open door, despite having a reservation, the place not being crowded and it was a cold rainy night. The menu is very limited, and it's so dark in the restaurant that we had to use our phones as flashlights. My burger was so soggy the bread was soaked and broke apart. The French fries were cold. Music is WAY too loud, between live music and ambiance music. There was no quieter place to be. Will never go back and would not recommend the restaurant. Really shocked that this is a chain. How are they successful?

We visited Copper Blues on a chill Friday afternoon. Greeted almost immediately and service was great. Food was satisfying & the restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing but, what we loved the most in particular, was the live local band; The Taide Band. They came with all the right feel good music & set the vibes.
I would definitely recommend and go back to Copper Blues.

The band was okay, but what happened to the other band? They were amazing, and I really missed hearing them — we actually came hoping to see them again, especially since it was our anniversary. The booth we requested was reserved for us, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious and the drinks were nice and strong, though the prices were a bit high. I was also disappointed to see that the artichoke dip was no longer on the menu. Overall, though, we still had a lovely night.
