Solid overall food, vibe, great band & drinks.
If you’re thinking about stopping in for a dinner before an event at footprint or anything besides an actual event at copper blues or stand up live… ITS. NOT. WORTH. IT. Stopped in with a reservation at 5:30pm, ordered drinks and food by 5:40pm, and then waited until 6:10-6:15 for food to be delievered (1 app, 2 entrees). The app came out WITH the entrees which wasn’t desired. App was yummy but the burger was soggy, the side was the opposite of what was asked for and the add on to the burger was incorrect. Salad was fine but chicken came out cold. Food is definitely not worth the trip here. We did also order a beer and cocktail. Atmosphere was clammy and subpar (however music choice was good). Everything came out to $91 BEFORE tip. Holy crap. I should’ve just gone to a chilis (this meal woulda been more like $50-60 and actually appetizing there). HOWEVER THE WAITRESS AND STAFF ARE NICE AND RESPONSIVE, we had absolutely no issues with them.
Server charged me twice for a beer that cost $10 = $20. Another server asked me if I wanted my change from $20 for a beer that costs $10.
Crowded and overpriced. I won't ever return.
We showed up 40 minutes before their posted closing time and they turned us away.
Had lunch before heading into stand up live . The birria pizza was okay , flavors were there , the pizza dough / crust was delicious, but just tasted way too close to a quesabirria. The fries were good , but were a little on the colder side
The wings were great and the service was great.
Charging for a tajin rim is crazzyyy LMAOO not even the whole cup was rimmed. Only half at that LOL I’ve never seen that at any restaurant 🤣 please go somewhere they won’t charge for a half tajin rim. The cocktail is already $14 😭
Busy but rocking place. Love the DJ and tunes
Tried this restaurant/ bar before my show at stand up live, it was pretty decent food, I had the short rib birria pizza and it was a good size, enough for 2 and the flavors were really good, the drink size was average for a typical drink, and the live music while eating was nice.
Service is super slow and they seem to be confused how to close your check

Go there for Live Band Karaoke on Thursday nights. Band is great. Service is getting better but the menu is limited. Downtown prices
We were so excited to try Copper Blues on our visit to Phoenix based on the reviews. However the service was so poor we will never be back. After making a reservation we waited 15 minutes for a server to come to our table to greet us and get our drink order. After we ordered our food we waited another 50 minutes for our food. We repeatedly asked for napkins/utensils from multiple employees and nobody seemed to want to help. The nachos were soggy and the chicken on them was cold. Very disappointing!
Was dark inside hard to read menu. I ordered a burger well done the bun was super soggy and falling apart the meat was very pink. When I let our server know she said offered to make another but did not have time to wait. She said would talk to her manager she came back only with the bill.
Overpriced for the quality.

Visiting for the first time the food and service was terrible. It might have just been our waitress. Instead of her trying to remember our order she should have had a note pad. The food came back wrong twice. Then the lemon pepper rub wing wasn’t cook all the way. The salmon was really fishy and they forgot the chicken on the nachos. Then our waitress with the blonde hair outside patio went missing. We had to find other people for help. Then I seen her in the bathroom changing toilet tissue. Extremely unsanitary. Not to mention she never cleared our table afterwards. Then the heaters outside smelled like gas. Just overall bad experience but the band was nice.

I was quite unimpressed by the food. My pizza was so bland and rubbery. It felt like it came out of a cardboard box. I did like the deviled eggs with the kimchi. The chicken meal was good tasting, but it was a tiny piece of chicken on a huge piece of mashed potatoes was brought out in a small martini glass, which was weird, then I asked about that and they said they ran out of glasses. Then they brought me a wine glass. It still didn't make the wine taste good because it was like a glass from Denny's very thick. I thought let's try the espresso martini a little bit better than the wine but not much, the only thing that I like about the place, the waitress was super nice and the music was great and I liked how they had the picture thing in the back. I'm not sure I will come back here unless they you know stepped up their game got proper wine glasses, better food.
