We checked out 4 different caterers for our daughter's wedding and Copper Square was by the best of all 4 for the quality of food and service. Our contact was George Romero who was caring, sincere and did everything he said he would do and was one of the main reasons we chose Copper Square. Two of the chefs even came out to see how we liked the food at the time of the initial tasting, and not only did a great job preparing the food but really seemed to enjoy their work and meeting and serving their customers. George agreed to do a second tasting for our daughter and her fiance who live in Manhattan, NY when they could come to Phoenix and they were also very impressed with George, the food and the service. Talking to all of the employees we met they all seemed to work for Copper Square for 5 to 25 years and enjoyed working there because of the support of the Hyatt and the level of service they could provide. George, Susie, Vivian, and the 2 chefs we originally met(sorry forgot their names) are 5 star employees. We had 150 guests at the wedding who were very impressed with the food and the service. George, all of his support team, and Copper Square definitely exceeded our expectations. We have since recommended George and Copper Square to several other people we know.
