I love the food at this place. The only criticism I have is that they changed the sauce they give with the starter tortillas and it was delicious. Aside from that THE FOOD IS SUPER YUMMY.

The food was soooo delicious! We got the carne asada and barbaco dinner plate, totally recommended. The salsas are flavorful and spice which is a win win! I will just say the area its in is not the cutest but the food is worth it and our car was just fine.

I had just arrived in Phoenix via the Sky Harbor Airport, the friendliest airport in the world and I happened by Coscorron on my way to my hotel.I ordered the Aguachiles which they offer with either rojo or verde sauce. I asked which one was spicier and the server seemed very confused by this question. I indicated I wanted the spicier one. They said the green one was spicy so I said that sounds great. Then the server said, "you know it's raw shrimp cooked in the lime juice?" I gave a big thumbs up and said yes.They provided complimentary chips and salsa but there was maybe 2-3 tablespoon worth of salsa. It was pretty good though, I was definitely wanting more.The Auguachilis arrived and look decent but there didn't seem to be very much sauce. I was provided with a fork but no knife and no spoon. With Auguachilis I like to have a spoon so that I can scoop up some of the sauce and put it on the shrimp that I've placed on the tostada. The sauce was pretty flavorless and was not even slightly spicy. Overall this was the least enjoyable Auguachilis I've ever had.3 stars because I am willing to believe I just ordered the wrong thing for this establishment.
