I love costco. Everyone is professional, foods and products are wholesale and good quality. Costco gas is Number one, Tire shop best brand, Everyone friendly. They really care. Costco is One of best warranty retail store in the Nation.
After 4 times of our cake being messed up (white cake with chocolate mouse), I finally decided to complain. I call and speak to Tim (a manager) who makes a call to the bakery and confirms I can get a corrected cake today. I go to pick up my cake, the lady in the back tells me “oh I saw her put chocolate in it!†I speak to Martin, the bakery supervisor who apologizes profusely and even gives us a free pie to go along with the free cake. Cool! Only problem is, I get it home and it's like half whipped cream and half chocolate whipped cream... not even chocolate mousse. I guess we're done with Costco cakes!
