First time at this Costco for a customer The cashier Deng was great . It was the preceptor Sara rushing me to pay for my order. When I had two separate ones When I didn't follow her commands to pay she decided that she will take four bottles of wine and placed on top of my bread. By the time I got to my vehicle, the bread was smashed. That's when I noticed her spitefulness There is no reason for that. She just seems unhappy to be training someone rethink where you put Sara when the shift starts because it's gonna be a long day for her.Joe helped me out with Ruben They were great...

Love Costco pizza! You can call to pre order the pizza and schedule the time you want to pick it up. You cannot beat the price!

I love Costco, but this Costco has become way too busy. Since the Central Phoenix Costco closed, everyone has been coming here. I can't imagine how busy it will be when PV mall opens up. I find it has incredibly long wait lines and often will be out of essentials. They just need to open up more locations instead of packing everyone in this one like sardines.

Above and beyond on service. Manager and all employees are courteous and go overboard to help find things. My favorite COSTCO EVER ! We have been coming to this store since they opened their doors.

By far the worst Costco I've ever shopped at. Horrible customer service, bad management staff, and incompetent employees. I have sensitivity issues with my stomach and the staff didn't tell me about pork products in a sample. Have had a manager chuckle at me previously when I asked for help. Had staff sigh and complain when I've asked for help or questions about items. I'd avoid this location like if was the plague.

Always LOVE Costco! Known for their reasonable food, (I know many people who go here for lunch or dinner), bulk items, and much more. It is easy to leave with paying at least 100.00 or more.

I like Costco and will keep shopping there but my score is 100% because they do not seem to want to give you boxes for your items. You often have to ask them to give you one and they will just stick items all over your cart anyway. Then you have to figure out how to get it into your car and since everything is loose, you sometimes miss things. For example here is a package of sliced cheese that i missed when getting loose items from my trunk.
