The worst Costco food court I've experienced to date. No communication. Pizza took so long I just got a refund. The most frustrating part is not being honest about times. They told a guy before me 5 mins and 30 mins later he got his pizza. Someone that appeared to be friends with the guy at the window showed up and randomly got pizza before everyone else. Could all be coincidence, but the lack of clear communication ensures I'm never coming back to this location. Sad day because a fresh Costco pizza definitely hits the spot ...
I do love Costco food. The new system of not calling out numbers is highly ineffective in my opinion (means people wait in line with their carts). Also, no making hotdogs ahead of time. I won't take those.
It was good. Got the food fast.

I have always been allowed to shop at the food court at Costco's with or without a current membership. I was sharply turned away at this building and told that I can't enter without a membership card at all.

Food is always great, customer service not so much when it comes to placing orders or receiving. I called to place an order for pizza by phone and the lady or girl who answered was not very nice. I understand they are always so busy, but that doesn’t mean it’s ok to be rude to customers. The gentleman by the name of Luis that hands out and cuts pizzas (I believe) was very nice and helpful! If you order by phone you can just go straight to the pickup window and if you’re ordering there then you get in line. I had to confirm because it does get confusing with people scattered all over the food court. Luis has great customer service skills and that is very much appreciated!!

I love this Costco and come here regularly especially for the food court and have never had an employee have attitude and be so rude as this experience. I went at about 7:20 p.m. on Thursday night and had sent my boyfriend up to get our order while I waited with the cart. The girl who was the main one making the ice cream Sundays and taking the receipts was just yelling at people in an extremely aggressive tone “we don’t call out the numbers anymore!” As my boyfriend walked up he told me that he continued to hand her the receipt and she said with attitude “you really couldn’t say you needed a strawberry Sunday” Extremely rude and uncalled for on her part and as someone who has worked in fast food I would never speak to people that way. Sad to say this is my only bad and worst experience at Costco.

Manager blonde haired, short hair, 5’6”, April was a b@&!$. She lied about the marketing and advertising because I went to eat at the food court without a membership which has always been allowed and she said it’s never been allowed which is a lie which I had to look up on Google and the policy changed during COVID. She yelled and screamed at me for not recognizing that she was talking to me which I have autism and I find discriminatory. She got mad at me as well for going through the exit which is how you get to the food court and she said you must go through the entrance which I could not see a policy online that states that. I feel like I was talked and lied to because I’m autistic and if I wasn’t autistic, I wouldn’t have been lied to or discriminated against. Some companies like to be sued though and hopefully they have a good attorney because I am going to be rich for their discrimination.
