Manager blonde haired, short hair, 5’6”, April was a b@&!$. She lied about the marketing and advertising because I went to eat at the food court without a membership which has always been allowed and she said it’s never been allowed which is a lie which I had to look up on Google and the policy changed during COVID. She yelled and screamed at me for not recognizing that she was talking to me which I have autism and I find discriminatory. She got mad at me as well for going through the exit which is how you get to the food court and she said you must go through the entrance which I could not see a policy online that states that. I feel like I was talked and lied to because I’m autistic and if I wasn’t autistic, I wouldn’t have been lied to or discriminated against. Some companies like to be sued though and hopefully they have a good attorney because I am going to be rich for their discrimination.

With Costco, every trip is less a matter of "what went right" than it is a matter of "who went above and beyond." Today, it was Ron at customer service. From first glancing interaction (he guaranteed my place in line with a reassuring nod) to his patience with my parents screaming in the background while on the phone with me as we figured out an account issue, Ron was awesome! This Costco is laid out in a familiar way and is easy to navigate. It was a little crowded (10:30 am on a Tuesday) but most of the people seemed focused on accumulating samples-- or as I refer to it "grazing at the Costco buffet."

What I love most about Costco is their generous return policy. You can literally buy food and if you don't like it, you can return it and get 100% of your money back and there doesn't seem to be an end date that I know of where you can no longer return items. As with most bulk groceries, you get a bang for your buck here at the cost of $65 a year. They have sales every single month so I just wait till those happen before I shop. The gas prices are better than other gas shops too. Overall fantastic deals. Also note that if you like to add some variety to your life, try out different Costcos as I noticed some of the inventory is different; I definitely bought an item at this store that I did not see in any of the other Costcos I've visited.

I've been a paying Costco member since 2015. In my opinion...Costco philosophy, treat all your customers like criminals. Somehow billions of people are using facial recognition but Costco is unable to know if you are a paying member; despite showing your membership before entering, again during checkout and then after you pay you get to hand your receipt to an employee to verify your purchases before you leave...like you stole something between the cash register and the exit. Build a brand new gas station despite the environmental impacts and don't bother to install one single EV charging station. Set up self checkout in the food court but don't tell anyone the protocol on the receipt of how to get your items, so you can stand, wait and genuinely feel stupid for not knowing what to do. Charge single people the same membership fee as couples and families because who cares about single people. Costco is so last century and I am disappointed.

This store has a outdated payment method, as if we are still living in the Stone Age. No tap means no more of my money. I waisted about 30 minutes shopping here only to find out they cash registers are from the early 90s. I was not able to purchase my basket that had about $1200 worth of items. The cashier was rude and frustrated that I held up the line for more than 20 minutes trying to resolve this issue. I genuinely thought it was a mistake but they actually do things like it's still the old west. I would avoid coming here when it is just a waist of time. I found a tap at fry's grocery store next door and was able to get some of my items.

The food here is always good! My biggest complaint is after they remodeled the food court, there isn't enough room to stand in line or enough space for tables to eat at. They made the space worse after the remodel.

If these morons had a brain, they would be dangerous. I've been a Costco member for 30 fucking years, and can't log into my account.

Supervisor Steve B harassed me into getting my picture done on my ID today despite the fact that the corporate policy does not call for this. Needless to say I called corporate and will no longer be shopping at this Costco despite it being the closest to my home. PV has my business now.

Went here for the first time with my kids. Not worth the hype. The membership lady was really nice tho and gave my kids cards to play. All the other customers seemed rather unhappy to be there and it gave a "look out for yourself" vibe. Later on an employee lost control of her sample cart and a huge cooking appliance smashed right by my 2 year old on the ground while she was walking. Shards of glass everywhere.... The employee didn't even checked to see if my baby was ok. Felt like this is only a "if you have to go here be prepared for battle" kind of place. I like deal but at what cost for that level of stress while shopping?!

For the second time this store sold me bad produce which leads me to believe there is an underlying problem with their means of supply. First it was Brussel sprouts that were so rancid that it literally made me want to gag when I opened the bag. I returned them for a refund. More recently, I purchased chicken thighs (non-organic) which were actually on sale, even though the expiration date was still about a week away. I came to realize over time that the entire 6 pack was tainted with at least 2 pieces of bad chicken per pouch. The color is almost like a gray color and the texture of the meat is super weird, almost like it was left out and dried out. I hate to think this but the fact that this chicken was on sale leads me to believe that they are knowingly sold rancid chicken which is sickening. I bought the chicken on Sunday November 5th and the sell by date on the package is November 18th. I don't know if this is a localized issue or what but it's unacceptable. At least the employees of the store are kind and always a joy to deal with, hence the 2 stars and not 1.

Thank you to Memo for going out of his way to help my sister & I pump air in our tire. He was very kind & made our experience so quick & easy!

I am checking out using their phone app for my card. The cashier said I had to show him my app and card photo to checkout to make sure I am the same person. This is ridiculous it is your phone app! Have him stocking shelves instead!
