Everyone at our table was glad to be there. Staff treated us so nice. The bill was appropriate. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I loved.

First time at Creamistry and I was really disappointed. For starters, they were all out of regular ice cream and were only offering vegan & non-dairy options. Ok, I thought, I am going to think outside the box and try it...big no no. The ice cream left a bad taste in my mouth almost like a medicinal flavor. The toppings were also stale and tasted like they had been sitting there for three days! I do not want to give a biased review because of my personal taste but the fact that it was 5pm, they were all out of dairy ice cream and their toppings were stale really left a worse taste in my mouth. Also, upon entering we weren't even greeted! Just a loud "Just so you know we are out of regular ice cream!" Well now I know, if their staff has to warn us and not try to convince us to try it then I definitely know not to go there when they are out of regular ice cream!

I've had mixed experiences at creamistry.... I don't really understand their concept, because ice cream usually tastes better when it's churned and this is just flash frozen with nitrogen.... Regardless, I have gotten one thing that I've liked there.....the mint ice cream with Oreos....not bad! Also, they give you a freebie for your birthday, so that's also great, because this place is expensive! Typically, I go to one of our local ice cream parlors that are nearby, but this will do in a pinch.

What a treat! Love the concept of using liquid nitrogen to flash freeze the fresh cream and toppings. Next time I think I will choose something simpler to really let your ice cream shine! My first try was overpowered by too many toppings.

Ice cream is good and made right in front of you. Kinda pricey though. I like a lot of toppings and things so if you are that kind of person it may not be for you. It was good though.

I'm not even going to try this ice cream. This place is filthy. The owner should be embarrassed. The floor is filthy. The bathroom is disgusting. The toilet bowl is broken. There is no toilet paper or paper towels. There isn't even a napkin to use with your ice cream. Save your time.

We used to love coming here but man has it gone downhill. The service was appalling. We stood in line for 30 minutes with 12 people ahead of us and no one took a single order in the entire time. The tables were dirty and the floors sticky. We left after standing in line for half an hour and not having moved a single inch. When we left there was still no one at the front taking orders. We went a little ways down the street to Sweet Republic and had a great experience. We won't be back.
