Always a great experience here! The cookies are fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious every time!
The calories on these things are savage. The fact that I earned 22 crumbs in rewards for a 27 dollar purchase, and that I “only need” 400 some odd more crumbs for a single free 5 dollar cookie made me laugh so hard. These cookies are as you’d expect. Pretty tasty little morsels, but certainly not for their price point. With that price I’d 1,000% expect gluten free options, vegan options, lower calorie options, organic ingredients, actually fresh made ingredients etc. But hey, they were like the rest of our glutton foods on the shelves of stores. Tasty.

Giving it 2 stars because of customer service. Walked in with my husband and wasn’t acknowledged and we were just standing at the counter for 5 minutes while the employee was wiping down the counter. After ordering and waiting for our cookies, the employee literally threw the box on the counter and walked away without saying a word after I politely said thank you.
