I called ahead to see if they had pecan pies available. The woman I spoke with on the phone said they were in the oven and would be done in 15-20 minutes. I drove 20 minutes to this location and waited in line. When I got to the counter, I was told they were going to clear out the online orders and people in the lobby first and would not take any new orders for at least 30 minutes (which means I could still have to wait another 20 minutes for more pecan pies to be baked). If I had been told when I called that online order took precedence, I could have ordered it online then. The lack of communication meant a 20 min drive there, 10 minute wait in the store with my young children, and 20 minute drive home. Poor customer service and poor communication. I will not be coming back.

i love crumbl so much
When Crumbl came to my neighborhood several years ago, our family tried it a number of times with mixed results. After staying away for a while, we went back tonight. I was happily surprised by a few things! They now have mini cookies (not just for catering anymore-. I'd had them at weddings and showers, and the mini are more to my liking), and the flavors/textures today were better. I especially appreciated the young man at the counter, Luke, who patiently and helpfully answered my many questions about some of the changes since I had last been. I will be back sooner, and I hope Luke will be there to help!
