I usually go to the one on Arcadia. I’ve tried many Crumbl locations, and I have to say that this one was the worst. They forgot the chocolate on one of the cookies, which they did fix when I went back into the store, but their chocolate chip cookie was extremely extremely undercooked and doughey. Ch chip is my favorite Crumbl cookie because it has a little bit of the crunch on the edges and soft in the middle. This one was literally falling apart. Like cookie dough. Same thing with their pink doughnut. Extremely undercooked and falling apart. Hopefully it was just a bad day… and not how their staff is making them daily because I was extremely disappointed.

Love crumbl cookies but when you walk into this store it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get help. 6 employees & not a single greeting, no help when you’re standing at the counter trying to ask a question. The line piles up and the employees don’t step in to communicate what customers should be doing. Just simply saying “hi! Feel free to order at the iPad whenever you’re ready” would improve the efficiency of this store. I watched 5+ people walk in and just stand around because they had no clue what to do and all 6 employees just kept working. I get needed to get stuff done/restock and all of that but communication or helpfulness would go a long way.

I order for my son birthday 3 chocolate milk and didn’t receive them and the cookies was smashed. I also add note for my son and didn’t receive that.
My son suggested to take him there based on recommendations from his friends. I normally dont like cookies, but ended up tasting most of the cookied he bought. The cookies are prepared fresh and most of the preparation happens in front of us.

they are def going downhill. super crumbly pink sugar cookie, which used to be my favorite. and what’s with all the cakes nowadays? so dumb.
Start with saying Kendra was doing her best and zipping around trying to get everything done and make everyone happy, which we know is just not possible. Cmon, like she's not stressed enough, she was doing great, leave her be. Unfortunately, she deals with the people, so she gets the worst of it because no one can express their frustration out on those that deserve it; like the girl standing with her legs crossed, lackadaisically putting dough into her melon baller(yes, that is what she did), slowly squishing it into the scoop, and slowly placing it on the sheet. When you take an average of 17 seconds per 1 cookie dough placement things are not running efficiently, or the tall kid whom i took notice for over 15 minutes and i swear tho he was here and there and touched this and that...he didnt actually DO anything..... I understand things get backed up, but they need to reassess the SOP here. Egregiously inefficient. For every 3-4 people that walked in, only 1 order went out.... Cookies were good though, save one being very undercooked and gooey in the middle...

I bought a six pack and my entire family got sick from it. The cookies felt undercooked but they tend to be on the “Gooey” side and just everyone ended up feeling bad and grossed out. Were all fighting for the bathroom.

I waited at the pickup counter for ten minutes and no one said a word to me. There were 4-6 employees there at any point during that time. The only reason I got my order is because I switched it to curbside and checked in. I caught them as they were walking out the door with it.
