This location gets busy! Which means this location has good customer service. Visited this location for the 1st time our visit went 100% well! We will be back when we visit this side of town. :)
Overall I enjoy my closest Crumbl location. Especially tonight I had wanted to put in an order as they closed at 10p I had put it in around 9:10p not noticing it scheduled my pickup for the next morning. I called and I wish I got her name but she allowed me to pick up my order same night. I really appreciated that.
I accidently ordered here instead of the one I live nearest too and I was unable to cancel my order through the app. I called the store and the guy I talked to, I believe his name was Nick went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service!
