I accidently ordered here instead of the one I live nearest too and I was unable to cancel my order through the app. I called the store and the guy I talked to, I believe his name was Nick went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service!
Super good cookies! They are a little on the sweeter side, but the service, taste, and quality are always amazing! When you order on the app you can customize a little letter! They also sometimes have other options like brownies and mini cakes. They just released a new size of cookie, ( a mini version) which was very good. The original are quite big so I was very happy with their decision. Over all, amazing cookies, and would definitely recommend.
I like most of their cookies. Some of them are too sweet. Once they gave me a cold cookie , make sure they give you a cookie from the "warmer". There is no option to eat there. Sometimes they don't have forks.
