I mainly order online only for delivery. This store is super busy and I order online from here ALL the time because it is the closest to my house and the quality is excellent (very consistent), but the service has always been mediocre: no one greets, they are always behind the counter or glass and no one acknoledges the customers until they hand the order. Sometimes they say thank you, most they just hand the order.

The absolute worst/slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Myself and the guy next to me waited 45 mins for our DoorDash orders to be completed. They each had 4 cookies in them.. I had to get rude for them to make the orders.
