I was going to get on here and leave a complaint to be honest. There was a young lady who changed my mind though. I went there tonight and it was extremely busy, and most of the staff was goofing around and being rude. I do not know if this young lady was the manager, but if not, she definitely should be. She tried to keep everything together and was doing her best to get our orders on a very busy night where they seemed to also be shortstaffed. Her coworkers were very rude and sarcastic about the people that were waiting and not getting their orders and just being very careless while she maintained her professionalism and continued to work very hard to help everyone. I will admit I was a bit frustrated and she was very kind about the situation. I wish I got her name, but unfortunately, I did not. If management sees this, she was working tonight and has a tattoo on her neck. Again, I really want to stress how important it was that they had her there tonight to help customers in this situation. She definitely deserves her props and a raise for what she’s putting up with there. I wish I had her name to thank her properly, but I hope this reaches your store so you know what an awesome employee you have!
I mainly order online only for delivery. This store is super busy and I order online from here ALL the time because it is the closest to my house and the quality is excellent (very consistent), but the service has always been mediocre: no one greets, they are always behind the counter or glass and no one acknoledges the customers until they hand the order. Sometimes they say thank you, most they just hand the order.

I want to start off with saying how nice the workers are. I could also feel the atmosphere so positive. I also love how late they are open.
